This is an amazing UPS store. I needed to ship out some items through UPS and randomly found this place. Generally I do not write a review for a quick 5 minute interaction, but the service was so phenomenal I had to make sure to drop a quick review. Robert was extremely friendly as soon as I entered the store and even helped me with some boxes I had in my car. I've dropped off many packages before at other shipping businesses and the employees will just watch you struggle and hold the door open with your foot while carrying an arm full of boxes into the store... Not this place! I felt like I was VIP or a regular customer. I also had alot of questions from tracking to shipping options and Robert was patient and friendly throughout the entire interaction. I highly recommend this UPS store and will definitely be using them for my services again. Thank you!

I used to come here to drop off Amazon return packages mostly because the location is convenient for my commute. However, there was a recent change in management, and the in-store experience got so much better. Most of the staff have stayed the same, but everyone seems more friendly and eager to help process my unending drop offs.

The staff is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this store because they will charge you $2 for just one shipping label. Other stores charge only $1. I’ve had better experiences at different establishments, but unfortunately this was a last minute resource.Update: I’m very happy that I do not work for this company anymore, because the world we live now has people hiding behind a screen and attacking people. We the people have every right to state our experiences. Learn from the feedbacks and find ways to make your business grow more.

My package got sent back from the border due to Mexican restrictions. The manager called me and in one transaction was able to get my very important package back on its way via an air delivery for a small extra charge.

I went to this location because I needed to ship out a package and the workers there (Kenia, Briana and lily) were so helpful and so nice throughout the whole process! I will definitely be coming back thanks to them.

The staff was nice. However, I do not recommend you come to this store because they gonna charge you $2 for just printing the shipping label!!!! So ridiculous! This had never happened when I went to another UPS store. Even I went to another UPS store to ask for them to print a FedEx shipment label, they only charged me $1!

Great customer service !! I was helped by Brianna and Kenia both were extremely helpful and patient with me. They greeted everyone that came in and you can definitely feel the positivity and great atmosphere they create with each customer. Thanks again !!!

Exceptionally Abysmal Customer Service. They are the worst by far! Closed & Locked door in my face BEFORE STATED CLOSING TIME! Happily refused to take the package!! Nothing she could do about it she already locked the door (with the key in her hand!) Absolutely ZERO COURTESY for a client they see everyday. Not a good look. Have witnessed them being extremely rude to confused customers so it was only a matter of time. This is a location i will no longer use & will go out of my way to take my business elsewhere. The absentee owner should read this as a direct message & take it as a direct criticism. Hire Humans

Wow. Don't visit this place on Thursdays. I cannot believe my experience at UPS today. This was the first and last time I will ever walk into this store. I came in, asking if I could get some certificates printed. The lady at the desk was facetiming the owner/staff member of the store who seemed to also be her boyfriend. She had no idea where the supplies were or even how to work like computer? Bruh. You work in a UPS store and don't know how to scroll down and press "Agree" to the Terms and Conditions when you first power on your computer and you have to have me, a customer, actually show you how to do that? She was lost and even admitted to her boyfriend while laughing, "that's really embarrassing". Many customers came in and there was quickly a line up and the whole entire time, she was talking very loudly with her boyfriend. I heard him cuss a few times too, while all customers were waiting patiently to be served. She had also scanned my grandfather's devices to be shipped out and scanned 4 items instead of 5. That's a very big error. I had to point it out to her that she did it wrong and then she completed it again. Although the place was nice and tidy, I have to say I have never experienced such horrid customer service in my life. I wouldn't even call it service. Try again, UPS. C'mon.

03-16-22 at 05:35 PM, whatever employee was working that shift is terrible, texting her friends and being on FaceTime right in front of my face as I wait for my refund to process and having 4-5 customers behind me. Terrible employee if you ask me.

Brianna REALLY HELPED me out today! I appreciated her patient and friendly customer service as she offered me the best options to ship more supplies to my sister and nephew in their new city. I am a regular in the UPS system and I've visited a few UPS Stores over the past 6 months. Brianna and her co-worker were professional, kind, and efficient in organizing my shipments today. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!In addition, this location is two doors down from the Stater Bros. market, which makes it a very convenient location since I also needed to pick up a few grocery items.
