Did not fully honor their $36.75 (+$8.25) coupon. Originally charged me $79, then when I mentioned I showed the coupon when I checked in, they knocked off a few bucks and charged me $55. Make sure you check before you get charged.

Had breaks done here. Deion was very helpful explaining they could take a look at the car immediately. Thiệp and hiệp worked on my car and did great work. Gave me updates through text. Very happy with my experience here.

Avoid this place , pick a more established business, ther are several on Nogales, in Walnut , Rowland Height , La Puente.

Anthony is high off Exhaust fumes , he’ll tell you to keep driving and come back , drive some more and come back.
Ask him what is wrong , he’ll say I don’t know what’s wrong and I don’t know how to fix it. Go elsewhere, there’s several places in West Covina or Walnut or La Puente . It started to suck , after Sinclair Gas , it was better as 76 . Avoid this place !

I thought they charge 29.99 plus certificate for smog. But they added additional 4.75 for connection fees . I been doing smog check for more than 10 times already at other places and this is the first time anyone charged me a connection fees. I thought this is cheaper that's why I came to this place but ended up paying more

Stay away from this place!I have been a loyal customer for years.Doug the mechanic talk to you and tell you that he will take care of the problem.Once the car is serviced,he tell you that you need extra parts to replace in order to fix the problem. So, you keep replacing a lot of parts and labor. And the problem Never gets fix.!!!In my last visit they installed a wrong part on my car. I come over and explained the situation.Doug said that he will fix the problem. He will give you a good price on the new work order. And the price keeps going up and up. And you continue to have the old problem, plus new ones to fix .It's clear to me that; they rip off their customers. They want your money and all you gets it's Excuses.Do not trust this place to service your car! You're going to be sorry!!!! ?⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Used to be great service, been coming here for 4 years. Went today for my yearly smog check and was told that I switched out my catalytic converter with an aftermarket. I’ve never changed any such part on my car. Was then told I needed paperwork or proof of said part replacement. I explained in all the years I’d been coming here never had this ever been told to me before. I was then called a liar, told me if I’d been here before where was the previous years receipts and paperwork. I then provided the receipts and paperwork from years before. No apology, and worse yet still no service since I don’t have paperwork for the part I never replaced. That’s a great way to lose a loyal customer. I’m never coming back here again, would give 0 stars if I could.

They make paying customers have to pay $2 for air. Gas stations that charge customers for air and water after purchasing fuel can be fined up to $250 for each violation.

Long story short. They will try to rip you off.I've had my car for 6 years already, passed various smog tests in the previous years of ownership, not once did other smog testers mention an aftermarket catalytic converter. But at Walnut 76, they mentioned I had replaced a catalytic converter recently, fresh install, and therefore would not pass the smog test unless the original was install. Conviently, they offered to find the original part for me, and install it. I just had to pay $1200+ for the catalytic converter not including labor. Took it to another smog tester and passed with no problems of a tampered converter.
