We try to open the business account, we got the company documents, they said they need leases agreement, we’re open the 4 business accounts , they never need the lease agreement, this location services is so bad.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've banked at Wells Fargo since 2004 and yesterday I came in with my 17 year old daughter to set up a direct deposit. I had a few questions which I wanted answered before I set it up. The banker informed me I could not set up direct deposit to a savings acct and my daughter would need to open a checking acct. She already had a savings account so I figured this would not take up to much time. My appt was at 3pm. When we arrived, there was an elderly man with the banker. I could not believe how rude he was with him. The manner in which he spoke to him was unprofessional and he was belittling him. When the banker got to me, he was rude and not helpful. He made me feel like I was bothering him and made me feel that I should know the answers to the questions I was asking him. When I told him we would like to open a checking acct for my daughter he informed me that my appt is only a 30 min appt and I would need to make another appt. My husband had already taken time of work the day before to inquire on how she could set up direct deposit. The teller was not helpful and basically said they needed to set up an appt. The appt was set up for the following day. I also left work early and took my daughter to the appt. At this point we have missed two days of work to try and do this to get the worst customer service ever! I could not believe the incompetence and total disregard for their customers. I informed him that I would close my acct (which is a substantial amount) He didnt seem to care. After closing my account I walked over to Chase Bank and received the best customer service. Needless to say, Wells Fargo lost my business but apparently they don't care.

Repeatedly disappointed by this company and this branch. Expressed reasonable frustrations met with a condescending tone and a run around. Would not recommend this location, or this company to anyone. Held on to the account for convenience since it was my first checking, but due to the attitude and clear annoyance in the voice from the manager Shadi when I was on the verge of tears, I am finally ready to divorce this company. Find somewhere else!

Didn't have the staff available to assist me till possibly during the week and only 2 tellers in the entire bank. I do not bank with Wells Fargo as the only accounts they have all have fees.

Came by to my local Wells Fargo to make a deposit. The bank itself wasn't open yet but the ATMs outside were. Super easy and convenient as a park right in the front.

Love the new manager here, helpful, responsive and straight to the point. Previous manager was a unresponsive j*** who sat behind his desk pretending to do work :X

CLOSED..... Yet another Wells Fargo let down..... Ya, make it harder on customers. Did this branch not meet its new account quota?Closing branches INCREASES the population density in other branches so this policy actually INCREASES COVID RISK to customers at the remaining branches.

Wow not sure what to say here. Terrible customer service. I feel bad for the employees because they have to defend some absurd bank policies so it's not all their fault. But come on, holds, excessive scrutiny for new accounts. That aside, it's kind of crazy the attitude given by the manager Veronica. No polish, all cutting, careless attitude. As trump would say, "a nasty woman." Do not recommend.

Love this branch!! All the Team Members are so friendly and caring and make the effort to learn my name by heart. The Supervisors on duty will go out of their way to make eye contact and say hi, awesome morale boosting top notch etiquette here

I was just in there to cash a cashiers check. Never have I experienced such horrible service. I waited while they had to call the person who issued me the check, the branch who issued it and corporate themselves. After being made feel like the check was fake and other customers there looking at me weird I asked what's the problem. They said since the check was just done the day before they wanted to make sure it's good. Keep in mind not a corporate thing because the gentleman that called made a comment say " well we can still call if we want right" that automatically told me they judged me by the way I was dressed. So I asked when was the last time someone made a fake cashier check. I was told I can't tell you that. All BS!!! As a business owner you pay your bills with a check it gets cashed the next day if not the same day. My company in its first year did over 100k, 2nd year 300k and now in our third year push greater. Bad way to earn a new customer And this is why I don't bank with them. Living in the neighborhood where houses start over $500k. Unreal the experience I had today.

Wow! So I came into this location to speak with a banker about my IRA. Waited 10 minutes or do before I was asked if I needed help. Was waiting for a banker for another 10 and they took another lady before me? I guess that's why their customer services has gone down and are always in the news. Maybe it's time to pull my money out and go to a Credit Union.
