I never thought I’d leave a 5-star review for a storage unit, but Westward Storage has earned it easily.
From the moment I arrived, I could tell this place was different. The entire facility is spotless and well-maintained. You can tell the team takes pride in every detail from the clean grounds to the secure, well-lit units.
And speaking of the team everyone here goes above and beyond. They’re warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction feels like you're being taken care of, not just processed through a system.
Now here’s the tip I give everyone:
Go for one of the units with a Keyless Smart Lock.
You can access your unit with your phone—no keys, no codes, no hassle. It’s super convenient and adds an extra layer of security. Once you’ve used it, you won’t want to go back.
Prices are fair, access is easy, and the location is perfect if you're near Walnut, Diamond Bar, or Pomona.
I’ve already recommended Westward Storage to close friends and family and I’ll keep doing it.
If you care about clean, secure, and stress-free storage, this is the only place to go. The are the best self storage park in Pomona and the surrounding cities. Cal Poly Pomona student friendly too.

Been renting units here for few years now and have rented units in 4 other locations prior. So far no other place i used beat this location based on Quality of Service from Staff, Safety/Security of Premises, and the Pricing compared to nearby comparable locations. Other great features are Month to Month contracts, OCD clean bathrooms, video surveillance and low internal foot traffic.

Love this place management is very friendly family orientated. I wish I could stay but the prices are out of my budget but I would recommend they have been a great help to me and welcomed me with open arms

Westward storage has been nothing but amazing to me. I've been here for six months now and the hospitality has always been top notch. The facility is always clean and the hosts Craig, Sherry, and Carol are extremely friendly. Security was high on my priority list when searching for a storage facility and I've been able to go home every night without a single worry. I would highly recommend Westward Storage to anyone.

I was referred to Westward Storage by one of my brothers. He was very pleased with the customer service he received when he had a unit here. Carol and Craig were absolutely fabulous! I was welcomed upon sight, given a tour and there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The facility is clean and it is equipped with cameras. The owner and the management team also gave additional consideration to their customers in that they offer a golf cart service if needed....wonderful! There are simply not enough good words to be spoken about Westward Storage, Carol and Craig, so go by and check them out for yourself. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

This storage place is so friendly, clean and easy to find. I rented a 8x10 and I still have plenty of room ! Thank you westward for making my move so easy and cost effective I will refer this place to anyone that needs a little extra storage place for their belongings they are not willing to let go yet .
