They would provide great and HONEST feedbacks. Thats very important because thats what a customer should be told. If there is something that doesn't need immediate attention, they wouldn't just push on it just because of getting that business.
Melody, the service consultant is always the one i go to for help and shes one of the best there! Dont overlook that shes a lady but she's knowledgeable and she knows she stuff. Great lady and she goes out and does extra! This is why my brother and I would take all our cars there for service.
They tend to get very busy the start of the week especially Mondays and Tuesdays so if you are planning to go in, call them ahead of time and make an appointment.”

“Man Ivan is the man! Always looks out for me. I will never go to any other tire shop, PERIOD!!!! I have a x2 bmw and it’s really hard to come across Run flats for my vehicle. VJC always hooks me up with reasonable, affordable prices every time!!!! Today, I ran over a sharp object, but when I arrived to swap out the flat, Julio discovered my alignment was off and all my tires were severely damaged due to pressure. Julio expressed severe concern for my safety and convinced me to swap out all 4 tires. He also educated me on different tire options and why proper alignment is essential. “Ran over an unmarked concrete curb and bent the inside of my front wheel enough to really look awful and start leaking air. Could have been worse but the damage was done. Called up Stu at classic wheel and explained the situation and he quoted me a good price right over the phone. Dropped off the wheel the very next day and he had it fixed and ready for me by closing time the same day. Stu was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He fully explained the process and assured me the wheel would be back to normal. After the wheel was fixed he balanced the wheel/tire perfectly using internal "sticky" weights. He even stayed open for me a bit longer so that I could make it back to the shop after work to pick up the wheel/tire. Car is back on the road again with no issues thanks to Stu at classic wheel!”

“This shop left me speechless. Came in 7/18/2024 at 10:30am to get my BBS hubs bored from 59.6-66.1. Quoted over the phone $50 per wheel to dismount and remount tires and to drill. They left no burs on the wheels and they fit perfectly. Not to mention they estimated at least a 24 hour return, but I got a call at 5:30pm same day to come get my wheels. Awesome Job Thanks!”
“Went in there and immediately the workers sprung to action. Picked out a tire that was nearly 99% treaded and got it for $40. As I looked around on my others, I needed 2 more so I asked for a deal and they said 2 for $70, I said ok but then looked and needed one more, asked if he would go $30 -- he said ok so I gave him a total of $100 for 3 used tires, installed. $33 each....this I could definitly handle. Tipped both guys a dollar I was so happy. Very fast and professional here -- I will be back. I highly recommend this place for all your tire needs, they seem to have a huge inventory too. I found this highly reviewed tire shop near me, and the owner repaired it perfectly. They charged much less than the shop in Arcadia. I honestly recommend this shop.”

“Let me tell you all about Nitrous Garage - these guys are lifesavers! In the past few months, my car's tires have been taking a beating from all these potholes. Recently, one tire started wobbling like crazy.
I took it to a big box store, and they dropped a bombshell: the tire was separating, and they said I needed to contact the manufacturer. Ugh, this sounded like a huge hassle!
So, I called the manufacturer, and guess what? They told me to go back to the original installer for a warranty claim because they don't deal with customers directly. I was totally discouraged, picturing weeks of waiting and frustration.
But then, a miracle! I called Nitrous Garage and spoke with the owner, Marc. He was amazing! He told me to just bring my car in, and he would replace the tire for free and handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer.
I was floored! A company actually willing to go the extra mile and take care of me? They ordered the tire that same day, and I came back the next morning. To my surprise, they whisked my car right in and replaced the tire with zero hesitation.
Here's the best part: I fully expected to pay for mounting, balancing, and all that jazz. But when they brought the invoice... it said ZERO. I almost fainted! Companies just don't take hits like that for customers anymore, and Nitrous Garage did it without blinking.
Let me tell you, I'm a Nitrous Garage customer for life now! They deserve way more than 5 stars. Thank you, Marc, for being absolutely awesome and taking such exceptional care of me! You guys are the best! From now on, Nitrous Garage gets my business for all things tires and wheels”

They knew I was in a hurry to get on the road so they saw me sooner than they had originally quoted me. Which was fantastic because I was needing to get somewhere for work that was four hours away. “Having a car repaired is stressful but Procolor Collision made the situation less painful. The repair only took three days and the shop kept me abreast of my car by text. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. The shop cleaned my extremely dirty exterior and even cleaned my interior. In addition, the waiting room had soda, water, coffee and snacks available for its customers. Finally, the staff, including Tito, were very polite and efficient. If you have to get your car repaired, highly recommended you take your car to this shop.”

“I’m leaving my honest review for American tire. We have Tesla Model 3 and the tire was blown off by a nail. We went to the store and asked them to check and quote. After they quoted, we do feel very expensive decided to leave. However, the staff refused to restore the tire and basically forced us to make the purchase. I’ll file a complaint in different regulations. Those people suck!
Update on 2/15: we went to the store and the store did the price match. I really appreciate and the store manager Jovis completely changed my mind for future purchases. Thank you.”
“Great service by Armando...They had custom made me some adapters a couple of years ago and a couple of the studs broke. I brought them back to get them checked out and with no hesitation they came and replaced them for me right away. Armando was the gentleman that assisted me and he was very friendly, and acted with a sense of urgency, literally done within a few minutes. Very please with this place.”
