Ample parking in a large lot, there are no close curb parking so you have to traverse a busy Chipotle pick up line at times.The place is pretty standard yogurtland. They have gloves, the place is clean enough. The staff is hit or miss with the coupons. Sometimes they honor them sometimes it is not honored the same way. Overall inconsistencies.The yogurt is standard, the toppings are as well. Nothing stands out but if you are into and familiar with yogurtland things are great. Overall still worth a visit, come and get yogurts and try your luck with the coupons.

Came into store in Walnut on Sunday 11/12 at 4:30 pm. Walnut is a very pet friendly area. My children and had just finished walking some trails in the nearby park with our dog. I did not take my pet in to get yogurt, he stayed in the car. I bought 3 yogurts and my son grabbed an empty container cup so that we could give the dog water. We were willing to pay for just the cup, no yogurt. However, the girl at the register refused and rudely grabbed it out of my child’s hands. We told her we would buy the empty small cup as we needed for the dog, she refused. Was extremely rude, and my child was upset. Really bad Customer Service, she could have been less rude and explained if there were any store policies regarding buying an empty cup. That would have been understandable. However very very rude and snatched cup away. Pet friendly families of Walnut beware!!!

I think I'm the only one who loves Yogurtland. Right now they are being in the holiday spirit by making their spoons into snowmen! It's adorable. Usually, I will wash it and save it to use as spoons for yogurt or overnight oats. They also have a delicious peppermint flavor! I loved it and I can't stop talking about it. I love putting nuts, almonds, and white chocolate chips in my yogurt. They have a variety of flavors and they change by season. So even if it is a little bit chilly, it's nice to try out a new flavor.

I just want to share my experience today that the lady at the cashier was very kind, and she provided a customer service beyond what is being expected, or of a job scope. This location has an amazing staff and I'm thankful for her kindness!

Service: (5/5)Cashier was very chill and helpful with providing sample cups. Glad they still offer that here. Overall: (5/5)LOVE the variety of flavors offered here. They had two sections of the Plain Tart thankfully since one was out and is my favorite. Their new flavors such as the Chocolate & Vanilla Ice Cream and Milk Tea flavors were intriguing. This location wasn't missing a single topping. Please bring back the Pineapple Guava Tart flavor here!!Milk Tea Flavor: (1/5)I can kinda see what they were tryna go for here with the flavor but it is still a miss for me. Ambiance: (5/5) This location has a few tables and seats to sit in but is very well stocked and clean. PRO TIP: Make a rewards account! It's connected to your phone number so you just say that at the register.

Great and light summer afternoon treat for all ages. Refreshing Mango flavor with popping mango boba or Chocolate and Double Cookies and N'cream with chocolate chips were our choices for today.

I love this place, so many diverse flavors to pick from, plain tart is always No.1, love their toppings too. The bad reviews are all LIES. I always have great experiences here at Yogurtland Walnut. Love their nice and friendly workers and environment.

I love everything from yogurtland, the yogurts are yummy and so many options every time i go in, never get tired of it!! The store is very clean, and the toppings are full. The worker Natalie is so nice, she is very helpful and very patient. She is positive and always greets people. My best go to foryo store!!

This is my favorite yogurtland location! Every time I walk in im always greeted and helped. Rayyan was a very helpful employee, he was kind enough to explain the different types of yogurts and toppings. Overall my experience here was great and I definitely recommend this store!!
