Terrible Service, I have 2 lines and I bought a new device and instead of giving the new device a signal with my same number, it added a different line with a different number and when I went to complain, the manager was there and I only heard them making fun of me behind me On the wall, there was a chubby brunette girl, a tall chubby guy and the supposed manager who was short and thin. Nobody solved my problem, they just made it bigger and nobody apologized to me, they just made fun of me. I never asked for a new line, the previous one worked and they made me spend money and the new line doesn't work. Cricket should close this place.

SUPER BAD attention from the moment you enter. Today 11/21/2021 approximately at 5 p.m. A very bad girl served us from the moment we entered, she did not give us the information we asked for about a device, she did not guide us, all very reluctantly. It seems that to work in this Criket, it is a requirement to give bad attention, because it is always the same with the majority of workers. I prefer to go to Shafter and Delano, they have very good service there.

Cannot multi-task to save customer's time. Not well trained, had to call manager for help multiple times throughout a single transaction.
