I come from Phoenix AZ. As a recommendation for the delicious Tortillas, the entire place is well stocked, but the customer service is terrible. The lady who is serving at Los Chicharrones is very rude, haughty and with very little education. Please improve the staff, we are going to buy, not give us anything. At least you should have better customer service.

If you plan to work here, don't do it, personal experience since I worked in the kitchen, they treat you badly from the direct bosses to the owner and they don't give breaks for even 15 minutes. And the kitchen has cockroaches bursting at the seams, only when they go to inspect to obtain the letter “A” do they use too much insecticide, they don't wash the belly, once a cockroach fell into the pot on the belly and that's how they sold it, they use the chicken which is almost going to be ruined. And the cashier is the same, that's why the cashiers have long faces and don't serve well in general, it's the worst place you can work and eat.
