Very knowledgeable staff. I was traveling south from willows to Huntington beach when my one of my calipers fell off. They knew exactly what I was talking about unlike most places and they had the parts in stock.

Very important piece of Wasco California's history. I'm 35 of age, and I myself could say that it's been sitting in that very same location as it shows. Never once have I not seen it were there's no business being done, they always have satisfied customers going to that store. My opinion when I get my vehicles, I'll be a loyal friend and customer. ???????

The place is awful. I went in today and the girl was new, which is no problem and I was understanding; I was not in a hurry. I asked if they sold tire chains; "yes" and she just stood there looking at me. Me: "great, do you want my tire size or year/model information?" She wanted the tire size and then she said, "hang on a second" and walked to the back to talk to someone, came back out and did it all again. Finally, she came back again and said it had to be special ordered. To keep this shorter, I also asked if they had generator filters and I needed an air filter for my truck (2014 Tundra- not unusual). She went back and forth between my and the guy in the back 5 times and each time, I waited a while for her to come back. The lazy chump I heard her talking to couldn't bother himself to come out and talk to me directly. Bottom line- they had nothing...or couldn't/wouldn't find it if they did. I went to Auto Zone and had a completely different experience; the lady in there was great, helped me find everything and ordered my tire chains for next day delivery. NAPA couldn't tell me when they would come in if I ordered them, nor did they seem to know how to do it. It's a wonder they are still in business. I should have known something was up when Auto Zone and O'Reilly's were both busy and NAPA was empty. I'm not from the area, but wanted to write a review to save someone else the pain of going in there. It's a shame because I prefer NAPA over anyone else. This one is horrible though.
