“After a difficult Christmas with my cat obviously needing critical care, all emergencies turned us away without even looking at her. We were forced to wait for an appt I had on Tuesday, precious critical care just not available. On Tues where I had an appt (not here, these guys are the heros) they told me they had no record of it and would not even discuss it with me. Finally I drove another 30 minutes to go to Wasco. I was desperate. Even tho I didn't fit the criteria to be a patient they let me see the doctor. The prognosis was all bad news but they were kind and supportive, they relieved her of her pain and they didn't mince words. After a dozen rejections (holidays and female cats being low priority) I just needed to know and give her relief from the pain and Wasco came thru. Make sure to call them first is what they probably would want me to convey right here. No nonsense caring facility. These type of blessings are hard to come by. My girl Vern died this morning, in our home surrounded in love and she is buried on our land. Thank you for the truth.”
