“This credit union is a "5" out of 5! caring, competent, friendly, efficient, and effective. Today, for example, the service was beyond my expectations. I had called 2 days ago and requested statements from closed accounts. today, I arrived at 4:45 pm with my family, who were warmly welcomed. before 5:00 pm, I left with 25 pages of statements, and Laura, head banker, even had a dispute form ready to be signed when I arrived!”

“After having several horrible experiences at the Ceres branch, I am very happy to say the only reason I am staying with the bank is because of the Oakdale branch. They are very friendly. I don’t need to go in much but we have a small business that sometimes we need to deposit $ into our personal checking. This branch doesn’t hold our checks. I understand doing for large amounts or when its a new payee on the check, but if it clears no problems there’s no reason to keep holding checks under $2k. Also, there’s good energy when I step into this location & everyone is so friendly!”
“I like this location but, needs a 2nd atm machine and one in drive thru area. I was mislead by the drive thru area only to be blocked by “parked cars” under the designated covered area.
Also, The front ATM needs to have shade or a block wall covering from the sun as the glare and heat is completely pointing against the machine and anyone standing in front of the ATM.
Also, tap less from the BMO apple Pay app needs to be available to use at the atm without the “actual atm” card. When I go to use it, it says, “tap to sign in is not available” and I need the physical card.
But BMO is a great bank to do business with”

“I hate that they charge to cash a check from an account drawn from the bank to non customers. I find that absurd. After all cashing checks is what they do. Its like going to a gas station for gas and having the station charge you a fee for using their pump to get the gas. Then they have the nerve to say "If you open an account then there wont be a check cashing fee!" I dont like the way they treat non customers so there is NO Way i would ever open an account with them!!!”

“Ethel was amazing! I've had chase bank for multiple years now, and I've never been so pleased .I went to make a claim on my account due to fraud and as we all know that's not a pleasant thing. Before I went to the branch, I called to make a claim over the phone a day before, and they took care of it, but I got charged again so I decided to go into the branch this time and I am so glad I did. Ethel explained everything in detail and help me create a new account within seconds . She literally went above and beyond for me. I live in Modesto, but I will drive to Turlock just because of the great customer service. Thanks again Ethel !”
“I've banked with the Turlock USBank location since 2016. I have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The follow the lead of Louis, the branch manager. During a recent vist on 1/30/26, Louis took the time to help me open a new account and suggested a new CC as well. I signed up for the card on the spot. “This is my all time favorite bank. I see everyone enjoying themselves because the bank's staff is friendly. I have never have any errors on my own accounts and my parent's account. Bank of Stockton on Dale Road in Modesto is wonderful too. I think the architect of both "Green" banks are beautiful. Another bonus is if you have a mortgage, the bank will not sell it to a mortgage company. Plus when you telephone the bank, a person answers the phone. Yes, no more press 1, press 2, and no voice mail. I love that!!”
