I had requested a balayage with money pieces, and walked out with a botched obre. The top of my hair was my natural hair color, the next section was a burnt orange, and the remainder of my hair was a yellowy blonde. Needless to say I would have not trusted them to fix it, so I ended up taking matters into my own hands, and dying my hair back to its natural color the same day..

A woman named Jordan hood messaged me after I asked in a group for someone who could do Dutch braids w extensions for a concert, this was a very special event for my daughters birthday, I shared photos of exactly what I wanted, she said she could do them and we agreed on a price, I paid a total of $80 and messaged her after with photos of how they were falling out, she ignored me, and I ended up having to take the braids out of both my daughter and her friends hair. Very unprofessional and sloppy work. I also emailed the salon and got zero response from them . Go to this salon at your OWN RISK!!!

Would NOT go here I went in to get extensions and they were not only placed wrong but after a week my hair stared to fall out. I was left with bald spot all over and now i have to wear a wig. My hair stylist also smelt of alcohol and cigarettes.

Just another place that charges too much for average haircuts, wasnt impressed felt like i could've got the same haircut at Supercuts for 10 dollars...Wont be returning.

I went in there looking for a nice fresh haircut, came out looking like Dennis the Menace. Totally messed up my hair length, dyed it the wrong color, and left a bald spot. Bad customer service to say the least. I called a week ago to reserve an appointment and when I went in for my haircut they had to reschedule. I set up a new appointment and when I went in for that one I waited over an hour to get my hair cut, and after all this they only offered me 15% off my next visit.

So, I went in for a perm, the first one fell out withing 3 days.. I went back because my hair professional (Robin) said it would be okay within 14 days of the original set. I went back, was really nervous bc the other hair dressers were saying no, you shouldn't do it again. I asked about breakage and she said,that will never happen. There were 2 rods stuck in my hair which she basically yanked out and not only that you should see my hair now.. I have about 15 rods that were basically fried off my scalp and now it is horrible to see the growth that is happening.. I talked to the owner and she told me they never guarantee perms, but this is beyond guaranteeing anything and seems like an excuse for very bad technique.. I can't wear a hat, I can't put it up in a pony.. I literally have short hairs growing everywhere!! Do not go to this place if you are looking for a change or like me, some body in my hair.. I have never been more disappointed in a business than I am right now..

This is specific to Teekay Spire: Completely dissatisfied. Very rude and unwelcoming. terrible results. Overpriced and disappointing experience.

Came here to get a hair cut. Asked for a tapered cut with layers and face framing, but instead left with my hair 3 inches short and it cut straight across making it look box-y. Also lady was very rough when blow drying. Had a great experience when I came here a couple months ago, this time not so really.

I have had my hair done many times at Hello Gorgeous and I have always loved it!!! My best friend just got married and their stylists did the entire wedding party and we all looked Incredible all day long

Have been nothing but pleased with several years of dyed hair and fun experimenting with colors. Could ask for a better place to go. Fun, loving, kid and family friendly, phenomenal owners/staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Just a few pictures of what we’ve done.

I went in there to get my eyebrows done, and suddenly didn't feel so hot. The person helping me was incredibly kind and accommodating. I would go back again and again for their compassionate customer service.

I wanted to lighten my hair and add natural highlights...I had no idea a place could mess that up so bad. She darkened ALL of my hair and made it black even though I asked for light brunette, and she put in yellow blotches of blonde. I was upset after and they argued with me saying that what I go was what I asked for. I was there all day and there were very rude and acting like I did not know what I wanted done to my hair. They also made me pay for fixing the hair when I should have not paid for how awful it was. Do not go here, they have no idea how to highlight hair.
