I want to acknowledge Pradeep Chand and Hilda pharmacy tech and another female pharmacist that I didn't get her name that help me when I really needed my emergency medication and some complications arise due to wrong dose prescription as well as insurance . They really went above and beyond to make sure I have my meds. Truly grateful for their willingness to follow through (which took time due to multiple calls they had to make to correct the situation). Great customer service deserves to be acknowledged. “I have found way more groceries that you wouldn't find in a regular Walmart store. Most of the store is that, food and drinks. They do sell alcohole and a few baby, pets and cleaning stuff as well but no electronics or like home items.”

“I just recently transferred my prescriptions to this CVS pharmacy and am absolutely amazed at the quick, efficient, and excellent customer service I have received by the staff. I have had dreadful experiences with other pharmacies in the past and am just regretful that I hadn't transferred to this pharmacy earlier. I highly recommend this CVS location.”
“It was okay for my son to get the kids vaccine. Clean environment.Made an appointment and they were ready in minutes after checking in.Only thing was they didn't have my son sit down on a chair or take into a private room, and instead gave the shot near the front counter. I had to configure my son and tell him to relax while the pharmacist didn't say any "normal/standard shot preparation " like other places for these injections.But, it worked out and it was done and son was fine . Scheduling 2nd dose somewhere else, where this is more of a privacy there.(responding to Tower Pharmacy: Would be nice to have it brought to my attention before hand or asked in the "questionnaire" I filled out to "have that option."Rather then not knowing that, until now. Well I hope this will help others)”
“I have had some horrible experiences with other pharmacy’s but I am so blessed and thankful that I am a customer with Boies. First I want to give a huge shoutout to Abraham for always taking such great care of me when I come in. He always has a huge smile on his face and makes me feel important and not just like a customer. He goes out of his way to make sure that I am taken care of. I can’t imagine how hard it must be to have to deal with people all day who I am sure are not the nicest people but he does it with a smile. He deserves a huge raise.
Next I want to give an even bigger shoutout to the pharmacist John. He is the reason I switched to Boise. He was my pharmacist at an another pharmacy and after he left there it was a complete nightmare. When I found out he went to Boise I switched right away. John is absolutely amazing. There have been times that a few of the medications that I take were completely unavailable but I don’t know how he does it but he has always found them for me. I grew up in Turlock and I had heard mixed reviews about Boise but I can honestly say that in my opinion it is the very best pharmacy in the Central Valley. So kudos to Boise for having the dream team. Oh and I feel horrible but there is also John’s pharmacy tech who followed him when he came to Boise who is an amazing young lady also. Thank you guys for being so great.”

“My mother speaks very broken English and frequently comes in to get cat food, we had a very lovely girl I don’t remember her name, but she has glasses and I think is new. She helped my mother find the cat food and even carried her things out to the car. Great service I appreciate it very much”

“Located off of F Street by the Oakdale post office. Business is clean & was well organized. They have a photo kiosk at this Walgreens. I was there to print out invitations for my daughter's birthday party. I had no idea how to work the machine. An employee named Stefany came over and helped me. She was extremely friendly & helpful. I did have to go back because I was shorted on invitations. The manager I talked to was very nice and she handled it very well. She was able to find my order and print out missing invitations right away. I was not upset about the missing invitations because it was not a big deal & just a simple mistake. Does not take away from the excellent customer service from both ladies!!!!”

“I went in to grab my poster order. They promptly gave me the poster and the poster looks amazing. I got the 24x36 option and I used a 4k image. It looks great. My only issue is that the paper they used could be slightly more thick but that's a nit pick. Great cvs.”

The also help me when I need to the insurance companies or my doctor's office to get prescriptions renewed or changed. Plus it's not a chain, and is a locally owned business, so I feel much better about supporting them as to Walgreens or CVS.”
