Had a pleasant experience while shopping here a few days ago. This location is bigger than a lot of other 7 Eleven locations I've been to. Much cleaner too! This one also doubles as a petrol station so that's worth noting. I was lucky enough to have both things that i bought be on sale. Check out was a seamless process when using my 7Rewards app and the lady at the front was super friendly. I will definitely come again when in the area (:

My credit card number was stolen from here three times in the last six months. I recommend not putting your card into the gas pumps.

Worst 7-Eleven in the world a cashier by the name of J Francisco was extremely rude disrespectful and they didn't want to take my order when I ask them to put $60 credit of gas in my car he was just very racist and I will never visit this gas station again

This is the worst 7 Eleven in Sant Cruz and Monterey counts. This area with a large gas station but has no public bathrooms Is not OK. I refilled an empty Big Gulp cup, which usually costs between $1.49 up to $1.99 depending on what store you go to! This store charges a $2.99 for a refill. $3.00 seams a bit excessive for a refill of any kind. I will never shop at this store again! Please be warned about excessive overcharges.

Greedy place that charges $1.99 for a soda refill that should be $0.99. When I confronted him about this, he simply reaffirmed hos double price. Avoid.

Margarita was very rude to my mom, racist even. She threw the change at her too acting very rude after my mom asked if she needed her ID. A simple yes would've been good but she proceeded to take it the wrong way and she said she just doing her job and if she doesn't like it she can come back when there's an employee working there that isn't her. She's the only employee I've seen that always has an attitude and is negative towards others.

The woman behind the counter was very rude as she wasn’t paying attention to me because she was in her cell phone the entire time. I had to just walk out as she was still on her phone upon walking out of the store. All I wanted were some steak and cheese Taquitos, which they only had 1 so I asked politely if she was making more soon? I wanted at least 6 of em. Very poor customer service, very disappointed in this location. I am never ever coming back as long as I live. Poor job 7-11! 0 out of 5 stars from me.
