“They have excellent service .Hank and Leslie are very professional,personable , and honest. I had just gotten my brand new white Honda accord and had ran over a can of lilac spray paint. It went all over the front bumper, hood and everywhere underneath the car. When I got my car back you could not find a drop of lilac anywhere underneath the car and the paint job was fantastic. I've had a few other incidents where they have fixed my car and it's always perfect when I get it back. This is the best body shop in town!!!”

I had my doubts, but the man at the counter went into the back and emerged with the exact fitting I needed! I don't know what would come of the world if we lost mom and pop establishments like this. “I had a developing problem on the roof of my '97 F-150 that looked like I was going to have rust holes after another central coast rainy season, so I went to West Coast to see if they could tell me what to do about it and sell me the stuff to do it with. In just a few minutes, I walked out with Bonderite Metalprep 79, Transtar universal primer 6004, custom-matched Ford white topcoat, and tips on how to use them. All of the products worked as advertised and were easy to apply right in my driveway. It doesn't get any better (or easier!) than that :)”
“Well as helpful as a non-knowledgeable kid could be and honest about what he knew and what he didn't know about cars or trucks. Still no place for a 97 veihical. "Too old" he said. “I desperately needed new windshield wipers. They were in stock, but they didn't intend to install because it was raining. They ended up doing it, (only because they couldn't put the old ones back on), so it worked out and we drove with good visibility in the rain. Thank you!”
“Needed a new car battery. Searched NAPA's website, easily saw a bamner above the Homepage "20% Off Puchases Over $125 Promo Code TACKLE" I called my local store, clerk helped me select best battery that fits. Purchased Online for store pickup, got the discount, went to the NAPA store, battery was waiting for me, installed it in the parking lot, took old battery in and received $18 core credit. Totally a positive, money saving experience. As a side-note, as I searched for batteries I went to Walmart, Costco, Amazon websites. Walmart had only 1 battery that fit, and it was only 450 cold crank. Amazon 's website wouldn't narrow the search to my vehicle. Costco website wasn't specific, necessitating a call to the warehouse. Their battery was $149 for 550 cold crank. The NAPA battery I got, after the 20% off, after the $18 core credit, after the $5 for subscribing to their emails cost $115 AND it was 650 cold crank. Really Happy that I shopped the NAPA website on Superbowl weekend.”
