I think a store that was like 4 miles away and he was like if you don’t wanna go there I know they’re competitive, but you can go across the street to AutoZone and I was kinda like this on the mission to grab some things that I needed and went across the street and grab the other things and grab my things from there actually too, but it was just a pleasure to deal with someone who was actually helpful and knew that you were looking for something but you didn’t know where to find it. “I was told by NorthBay Ford that my 2016 mustang needed either a head gasket or a new engine....something didn't feel right and it was a negative experience with horrible communication from the minute I brought the car there, so I told them not to touch my car, asked around and decided to have her car towed to Watsonville Ford. When my car arrived I received a call from our Service Advisor, Jewels. She explained the process, the price for a diagnosis and I immediately felt better. She was professional and kind. I felt completely confident that I did the right thing. The next day I received a call. They ran multiple tests and couldn't find anything wrong with it. They said it was likely due to the gas tank being overfilled, which I told north bay ford and they said that it had nothing to do with the issues I was having. I am so happy with my experience with Watsonville Ford, Jewels and the technicians. I recommend them without any hesitation!”

“They have excellent service .Hank and Leslie are very professional,personable , and honest. I had just gotten my brand new white Honda accord and had ran over a can of lilac spray paint. It went all over the front bumper, hood and everywhere underneath the car. When I got my car back you could not find a drop of lilac anywhere underneath the car and the paint job was fantastic. I've had a few other incidents where they have fixed my car and it's always perfect when I get it back. This is the best body shop in town!!!”
