Chevy has been very accommodating when it comes to serving my car. I have a '21 Bolt (electric). I did not purchase the car here but whenever I have brought it in for service they have tried to be helpful and accommodating. They have two shuttles running and will drive you back to Santa Cruz. The drivers have always been courteous. Recently my car had to stay for a few weeks due to battery replacement and they arranged for a long term loaner from Hertz. I came back several times to get items out of my car and my service manager, Martin did not complain at all. He walked me back to the lot and waited patiently while I grabbed everything. Communication follow up is reasonable too. They are always patient with my questions as well.I do wish there was a Chevrolet in Santa Cruz but these guys do work hard to take care of their North County Clients.

I took my truck to Chevrolet of Watsonville for a transmission service and an Oil service. Alex Gil, my service advisor took all the information and said that it would take about 2 hours. The truck was done as indicated and they even washed my truck, and that was a pleasant surprise. Alex was very polite. It's always nice to see somebody who actually cares about what they do. Thank you, Chevrolet of Watsonville and Alex.

Generally, I do not take my car to a dealership for repairs. I prefer a local shop I have used for 11 years. I chose Chevrolet of Watsonville this time because the repair was covered by the car's warranty -- and was pleasantly surprised! So I had my suburban serviced here multiple times and dealt with a few of service technicians. By far Alex Gill was the most responsive and easiest person to work with. His attention to detail and answering questions made the whole process smooth and less stressful. Also Clara was a big help getting us into a rental car. big kudos to them both

Had my vehicle inspected for $210 and no report was generated leading me to believe vehicle was not actually inspected. After i requested a report i was given a diagram picture of my motor with a pen mark circuling some area not labeled and came across not very professional for a $210 diagnostic report. All parts I requested to be replaced (light bulb for $57) (trunk hydrolic rod $572)were out of stock with no ETA. All around lazy, tired service.

Martin was my service coordinator and he did a tremendous job. Kept me updated, arranged transportation and got me a rental car when it was discovered they would have to keep my car for several days. Excellent employee.

We brought in our 2013 Camaro for service, and let me tell you, their service was horrible. They have an appt where you confirm the repairs and payment, which tend to be on the higher end, but once you do, that is it. The app doesn't provide any updates, just approvals for payment. I called after 2 days to see what is the ETA or status, I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I was told my car should be ready in a few days, they are waiting for parts. I asked if there is a loaner car we could use, they said yes, give us a call tomorrow and you can pick it up. We'll, I call the next day and after 30 minute hold, I get told "No, car". Ok, I'm fine with that, as long as I have an ETA on my car, which they provided. I get a call on the day and get told my car is ready, they are going to wash it, and after, it's good to pick up. I go in to pay the 1700 bucks and my car is dirty as can be. It's as if they got it wet and drove it in a dust storm. I had to leave, but called and asked if I can go later on to get it washed and was told "No, because it's something free they do as a compliment, but next time you want to pay us 1700.00 dollars, we'll do it" Do not use these guys, they over charge, over promise, and under deliver. Worse customer service around.

I was able to convince my job to stop using them for servicing our fleet and was able to convince a family member and a friend to buy their trucks in Salinas instead. It's unfortunate that they own all the dealerships in Watsonville, as I would have loved for my tax dollars to stay here.

I contacted Chevy of Watsonville for information on a used vehicle. I spoke with Jose, who was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and very personable.Hands down, excellent customer service and experience, no pressure buy tactics. Although I did not purchase the vehicle, Jose did everything right, just wasn't the car for me. Jose called me a couple days later, gave me some great information, and I ended up finding the perfect car. Thank you, Jose!!!Stop by Chevy of Watsonville and ask for Jose.

My father brought my diesel truck, which has less than 70k miles on it, into this dealership when I was out of the country after a check engine light came on. It turned out to be an issue with the diesel particulate filter. The shop informed my father it had to be replaced for thousands of dollars. He doesn't know much about vehicles and is a pretty easy target. Thankfully, he called me first before okaying the repairs. I took the truck to a different shop where they simply did a forced regeneration (self-cleaning) on the filter. Within 2 hours I had the truck back for $325. When the shop found out that the dealership hadn't even mentioned this option to my father, they were shocked. Even if the filter had been clogged beyond forced regeneration option, there are ways to clean it. The whole experience felt very shady. We will not be back for anything.

Alex was very professional and kept me informed throughout the visit. The sales department was very friendly. The Dealership has been spotless every time I’ve been there, including the service and parts department. It’s a clear indication of quality and attention to detail. I highly recommend this business.
