Would give zero stars if possible, this interactions was with Magdalena Coamerica teller. I started off at the drive-thru with transactions questions, waited 20 mins just for her to go on and off video to verify questions with other employees around her. With a frustrated baby I decided to get off. She still didn't know how to help, finally after another 15 mins a near by coworker asked if she need help, took the gentleman seconds to tell her where the information was. This whole interaction should have taken less then 5 mins with an employee that was full trained. She couldn't even find my phone number, when I received text messages from coamerica for fraudulent charges and etc. Fully train your staff, or let them go. I will stay with Bank of America as primary for now on.

Excellent! Cheryl advised me opening a new account. She is very polite, knowledgeable, efficient, great customer service skills! Staff are very helpful! Great experience and bank!

This is the worst bank in the history of banks. They take so long to process checks and close at random hours.

They make even simple transactions difficult. The employees will find any excuse possible to not help you unless its profitable for them. I visited the watsonville branch with my ID requesting a copy of a statement only to be referred to a robot on the phone and another dead end. Their business is also very behind from a technology standpoint. Atms, banks, and website are in need of updating. The info I needed should be available instantly on my phone so I don't have to deal with your rude and lazy employees at the branch. It wasn't busy, yet everyone acted like they were so they didnt have to help me. Half a day wasted and no friendly helpful faces to be found. Can't wait to close out my accounts.

I banked with them from 4 years old until almost 38 years old!!! They destroyed everything all over taking the side of a crooked gym called fit Republic who caused an over draft on my account!!!!and then instead of personally talking to me about anything the right way!! They made a $69.00 bill and sent it to collections behind my back!!! I also lost $75 during the overdraft as well as $30 to fit Republic!!! Then this bank sends me to collections!!! This bank is not loyal at all!!! They are dead to me!!! I tried to call the manager about these matters she never answers the phone and is always to busy!! Worst bank ever no loyalty at all!!! Claimed that they wanted me back to the manager dodged me from coming back, again no loyalty at all or integrity!!! To many young people who dont care managing this bank now days!!!!
