Finally deciding to write a review about this nail salon. I’ve been here multiple times over my time living in SC County and each time I’m left feeling upset with trusting myself to come here. This last time was the last time. The lady who helped me was unprofessional from the very beginning. She left my nail shapes not aligning the same, two of them cracked 5 days later, she cut them way shorter than I had asked and got mad when I explained to her I didn’t want them super short. She went on arguing with me and when I agreed to leave it alone she still fought back and said “fine I’ll do what you say.” Which I was confused about because she sort of admitted she did her things her way until I complained. I’ve been treated rudely by other staff in the past and their cheap way of doing nails has always cost me. I’m not one to leave reviews ever but this one I felt needed to be shared.

Love this place. The guy who does my pedicures does a great job and he keeps me laughing the whole time. It’s a fun place to go.

waited over an hour and didn’t get no service here and after hearing about the issue with the cleanliness I simply walked out! WILL NOT RISK GETTING AN INFECTION

Don’t go here ! Me and my mom both got are pedicures done and both are nails got infected ! The same with one of fingers in my hands, it hurt so bad ! I had pus in my finger.

The woman who helped me did a poor job, there is no cleanliness on her work table, everything looks dirty, I took a course on how to do nails but I prefer to pay and I know the procedure and she does not follow the procedure. He hurt my nail and just said, I'm sorry. He does everything quickly, I was still filing my nails and removing my eyelashes. Terrible service. Her English is terrible and I don't even understand her. My husband helps me translate. But they are very good at charging for work hahaha. I took my sister-in-law and the guy took care of her but he also did a bad job. I am disappointed and will not return to that place. I don't recommend this place.

Super disappointed! I went to take off my acrylic nails and asked for a gel manicure. I ended up with three of my nails bleeding. The lady kept filing my nails thinking it would make things better but was actually making things worse.

I love the owner, Super sweet. 10/10 service. If you're looking for a pedicure this is the spot. The Salon has a calming and beautiful ora to itself , great vibe

I drive an hour to come here because it is the BEST. They always do my nails how I want and I always leave more than satisfied. Very nice service.

Came to get a pedicure the son of the owner helped me, but he was very rude and didn’t provide great customer service maybe because I was Hispanic and didn’t think I would give him a tip. (But I actually do all the time ?) Another lady( not Hispanic) came in and he was like someone else will finish you up left and helped the other lady. With the other customer he was very nice and pleasant and joking around with her and very talkative I felt discriminated. Not only that but they offered a manicure I was like why not I’m already here the lady that did my pedicure didn’t do what I asked her that I wanted and she did what she wanted because it would look better according to her. I was unhappy and told her I didn’t like it because I told her I wanted my hand nails to match my toe nails she was like you didn’t tell me I told her I did, at the end I just pay and left but will never be coming back to this place. I’ve been to other nail places in Watsonville and salinas and so far this is the worst! Please do not waste your money in this bail place!!Services: Foot massages

My first time there today for a pedicure. Lisa took care of me and did a great job. They only take cash but they have an ATM inside. Of course, there was a $2.00 fee but, otherwise, the service was perfect. I would definitely go back.
