This cvs is good with you coming to shop, spend your money, but will make you go elsewhere to use the restroom. I will not be returning to this cvs. I think it's ridiculous. (Other stores bathrooms are always open to use).

I got a plaxovid rx from cvs Main Street Watsonvlle and they only gave me one of the two meds that belong paired. This medicine is for COVID-19 and I didn't know that they should have given me two. Very disappointed and I plan to give them a call. I don't recommend this pharmacy. MORONS REALLY FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!

If I could give negative stars I would! my mom is literally dying of cancer and they are giving her a hard time about filling a pain med RX. worst customer service ever then they made her pay out of pocket for these items that her insurance covers and had covered in the past and wouldn't tell us why. this is the worst pharmacy ever. I honestly wonder if the pharmacist is pocketing the money and then charging the insurance company. reading these reviews has me concerned. do not fill prescriptions here.

A horrible location that spits in the face of customer service and the Health industry in general. Somehow this location can't manage to fill a prescription that is prepackaged. 6+ hours with the order and they have nothing. No calls, no texts, no emails. If you need service, avoid this location at all costs.

Other than the one time frustrating experience, the pharmacy always gets my medications correct and I opted in to get text messages which enables me to get a link to get my prescriptions delivered. I prepay online when my insurance doesn't cover it all. Yes, the pharmacy lines are long and i try to prepare a lot of time when I do go into the store or make sure i have no plans after. However I think all the bad reviews regarding long lines should not be directed at CVS; the U.S. healthcare system is so inefficient, and those are the issues we should be talking about. I am grateful that CVS provides the medications I need when I need them, and i'm sorry that others have not been able to get the prescriptions when they did.

Went to pick up my prescription 2/12/20 and encountered the unfriendliest people I have ever encountered in a pharmacy no eye contact and it seems like they don't enjoy working there or having to interact with customers. I think that pharmacy school needs to include a lesson in respect.

Does not honor commitments as to when prescriptions will be ready. EXTREMELY poor service!!!

I want to express my disappointment in this CVS. On several occasions, yesterday being the latest; I went to shop at the CVS at Watsonville Square Shopping Center. Again, I went with a list and found several of the shelves either empty or minimum items of a product line. I shopped the hair department, dental, makeup and all items I wanted were not there. This morning my husband told me he stopped by this store to purchase a light bulb and some men's aftershave. Neither items were stocked and the shelves were barren. As much as I prefer to shop in Watsonville, I will not be returning to this store. Either management does not care to stock items or CVS Corporate is not auditing this store. Very disappointing. Watsonville residents deserve better.

This CVS makes so many mistakes. I'm waiting again for prescriptions that were ready, but CVS has re-actived an old insurance that termed on 4/30/19. Its been correct since 5/1/19, and now the insurance is wrong. System error. I have to wait for the pharmacist to come back from lunch. That will be at 6pm. CVS schedules the pharmacy lunch time at the busiest time of day. Who is managing this place? Must be time for a new pharmacy.

Lines are so long always. I waited in line patiently, and after waiting I was told to wait some more for the line to go down ????? I needed balloons inflated. And i understand that it takes time and is a pain, but if i had a regular purchase of a bunch of items and coupons to use would they tell me to wait for the line to go down? No they wouldnt. So unprofessional and so annoying.

Dirty floor, poor signage, and ridiculous waits for the pharmacy. Much better service at Rite Aid, and Costco does pharmacy mail delivery. Not worth the "convenience".
