As new to the area I have had 3 interactions with this pharmacy. All were bad. The tech is argumentative and unnecessarily unhelpful. When picking up a new prescription, the pharmacist came over to see if I had questions. As I was opening my mouth to ask my question, she turned and walked away, going back to her other work. So I turned to the tech and asked what was the point of the. ‘Consult’ if I can’t ask my question…he shrugged and never called her back. I left in tears. I have tried once more to call in to discuss a change in my ins carrier and how that might change what I will owe, do I can be prepared financially, He said that I would need to come in in person and then ask my question. As a disabled person, they seem to truly not care about us at all. I’ll go elsewhere.

Ive had really bad experiences here. Lately they just have been holding my meds, saying they are still in processing (even though I would have to come back every day) and still not giving them to me. My drive to get my meds is over 30 minutes and most of my medications are really important to my well being. Its just made my days a lot worse and its THEIR JOB to give me my medicine. After driving so far to be told they don’t have time to “assemble” my meds, makes me feel like they don’t do anything.

The staff is always friendly. They remember me, and are always ready to answer questions. I have also had a vaccine there and they were fast and professional, while still making me feel like they care.

Visited Dr on Duty across the who phoned in a Rx. We essentially drove across the street and our Rx was filled and waiting on us. Wished we had this level of service at our regular pharmacy, which is another large chain which will remain nameless.

Medication is reliably, predictably, and consistently not ready. Perhaps more ambiguously, the prescriptions are also often non-existent and the doc should figure it out. ??

I was amazed by the wonderful young lady helping me in the Pharmacy today. I arrived abt 2:40. There was a sizable line to pick up prescriptions. This particular pharm tech was operating 2 registers at once, switching from Spanish to English, running cards and producing prescriptions all at the pace of a race horse. She never lost her place, never made mistakes and got us all through the line in record time. Can we please give this young woman praise and give her a HUGE raise? She performed at the speed of 5 humans. Thank u thank u I want u on my team!!!

I have gone into this CVS 4 times having been told my prescription would be ready by a specific time or having been told it was, and each of those 4 times they were out of the syringes I needed or they had failed to order the perscription that I need. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy.
