The store has a wide variety of things to buy so that was nice. The employees were nice overall. I'll be going back soon.

if i could give 0 stars i would, at least for the photo center. i ordered 4 posters ahead of time for my WEDDING to represent my dad & grandparents who passed away plus welcome signs. the order went through , said it would be ready the next day. no confirmation email yet. my husband went later the next day only to tell him that they don't print posters that size and that they "didn't know" how we were able to order that size online. they did NOT give us a refund and my wedding didn't have any signs or representation of my family who's passed. the workers there are clueless asf, don't even know what they're talking about. the rest of the store is fine, just never get your photos at the photo center here unless you want to talk to stupid people.

This is the worse pharmacy ever!!!!!! I went twice to get my medication that was ordered two hours before I showed up to come and tell me to wait another 20 min after the third time waiting in the longest line EVER all the way to the back of the store I am so upset and this pharmacy I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE,l!! And I only left a star because it was not going to let me post this horrible experience!

So my rating of this CVS is really for when I got my Covid shots. The process was very easy online. Make sure to sign up to create a CVS account so once you make an appt for the Covid shot, the online check in once you are texted, it makes things super easy. Once you arrive, check in also at the front Covid vaccine desk then get in line in the back of the store where the Covid shots are given by the pharmacy. They ask a few questions then you sign their pad then get your shot. You are done! You wait 15min after the shot in their waiting area by the front store. Jojo and the staff are pretty nice and helpful. They didn't hurt me giving me the shot. The store itself is pretty clean but the shelves are not very well stocked. The store is very busy in this Watsonville town and maybe why as they seem understaffed. They have plenty of private parking. I tried to rate it fair during this pandemic and thought they did ok. [5th/100]

I went in today to buy a few things much needed. After grabbing the things I needed I waited in line and then I was waived to the 1st register by employee Kimberly. As I approached she spoke to me in Spanish and I replied to her by saying, I speak English very well. Why are you speaking to me in Spanish and not English. She said excuse me. I replied with you heard me, why when I approached you are you talking to me in Spanish is it bcuz of my appearance? She paused and she was about to say it and then she hesitated. I told her she was being a racist by racial profiling me and discriminating me as well. She yelled no I am not. I said yes you are, your being a racist person right now. She grabbed the stuff I was going to purchase and said she was not going to help and to go buy me s*** else where. Thank you CVS for showing your true colors and allowing your employees to be racist and not apologizing for their inconsiderate behavior. I will be filing a suit for discrimination and being a victim of racism. This is the United States of America, the primary and learning language is English. Not Spanish not Chinese or Japanese or Russian; it is English period. To anyone reading this I suggest you shop else where. Aside from being racist people their products are way over priced by a huge margin.

It would've gotten 4 stars 6 months ago but it has gotten really bad. It's a busy pharmacy. Constantly a long line! Changed from main St Cvs to here so I could at least wait in drive thru. Both Cvs stores now appear severely under staffed. Drive thru hasn't been open for about 6 months! Really sucks when you don't feel well have issues standing and this large of a corporation can't pay to staff enough employees. Guess I will have to change pharmacy's again. Such a hassle

Staff was rude and unprofessional. They don't carry charging cables or battery packs. If it wasn't so close to the station I would never come here

You know, this isn't the worst place that I have ever been. There might be homeless people in the parking lot, but as long as you keep to yourself and walk quickly in and out of the store you should be fine. My family came here like at 8 pm one night at got flu shots and we all survived. Walking in groups is never a bad thing! What are you dong down here late at night anyways? Go home. The community should be happy that this store is still open.
