This one is always out of stock of everything and it’s always sooooo messy. But I know it’s the people to blame because when I was there someone walked by and knocked stuff over and didn’t even pick it up. It’s understaffed but I don’t think it’s an excuse to keep the place so dirty and ugly looking.

I know when I'm getting when I come to the dollar tree I'm getting things that are cheap in price and of course quality but I can always find some good deals and I always end up spending a good amount of money in here

It's messy and nothing is easy to find. All the packages are open and ran through and many items are broken or missing pieces. This store is a disaster. And the customer service employees are not very helpful either. I saw many outside talking to friends instead of stocking and cleaning the isles. I wouldn't come backHere but there's not many shopping options in Watsonville.

The store was a mess the guy at the register was asking for back up since the line to the register was all the way to the back of the store. On the 3rd attempt to call for back up the office manager office open and a lady told the guy that a women name Star would jump on a register. I have been a manager for sometime and my sister too. We understand that their is stuff to talk about but the customer comes 1st a saw a lady walk out with Mergendice from the store with out paying since their was really no customer service. By the time Star open the register I told her this is the reason you guys have bad reviews because your in the back office just talking while the customer wait in line for one register. Stars respond was we are managers. I was shocked of her response so I told her yea I am a manager too and I know how this should work. So she is a manager and at no point she appoligies for the wait or anything proving that Dollar tree has bad management. Well at least this store does.

Plenty of parking and obviously good prices. The store is usually a mess, with sparse shelves, and staff shamelessly goofing around in the aisles. At least they’re friendly? lol

This place was really filthy. The items were sticky, the shelves were dirty. I don't like to give a bad review but they seriously need to hose this place down.

The workers are very rude, the place is very dirty and messy. I felt humiliated with the unnecessary comments of the cashier on duty on October 15, 2022 at 4:20 pm. I'm never coming back. They treated me very badly, I felt so embarrassed that I left my shopping cart full and left the store
