We hired Eventscapes for our daughter’s wedding, held in Soquel this past summer. We could not have been happier with their service and the result! Exactly what we envisioned!Linda is an absolute delight to work with. She listened attentively to my daughter’s vision and, when solicited for advice, provided very helpful suggestions that added to the romantic and elegant theme my daughter was striving for – and stayed within the budget we offered upon our first conversation.Linda gave us personalized attention, and the end result was stunning: Lit drapery to decorate plain walls, ceiling treatments, uplighting, and throw pillows turned a plain room into the most graceful and romantic setting.The Eventscapes Team is amazing. On the day of the event, they were strikingly efficient, detail-oriented, and very discreet. It was as if someone walked in with a magic wand!We highly recommend Eventscapes for any special celebration!

I worked with Linda and she did an incredible job of getting me the things that I wanted and working with me to make sure that my wedding decor was exactly what I wanted. It turned out perfectly! I don't have my pictures back from my photographer yet, but I will update with photos when I have them!

From the time that I met with Linda via the phone, I was confident that she would be able to support with my wedding vision coming to life! We got married at Seascape, a venue they were very familiar with! For the wedding, we rented chairs, long farm tables, the lighting package, and drapery. This helped to elevate the space and make it feel put together. Great to work with and many options to choose from! Such a great vendor in the Santa Cruz area. (will add more pictures when we get them back!!)

In August my husband and I planned our 50th birthday parties at the Monterey Plaza. Linda and I planned every detail, or should I say I gave my ideas and she planned the details. The theme was Roaring 20's. When I first walked into the hall...I was more than awe struck....breathless really. If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. Linda was a pleasure to work with and always flexible with néw ideas. I can't wait to plan our next event with her. Let the pictures speak for themselves...and thank you Eventscapes! Cheers!

My husband and I found it was an absolute pleasure to work with Linda and Jeff, the owners of Eventscapes. From their first site visit at our home, they were extremely professional, experienced, creative, practical and great communicators. They are very well connected in the community and had good recommendations for us. We had a party for about a hundred people and Eventscapes provided fully set tables, chairs, beautiful lighting, heater lamps, a dance floor, buffet tables, and everything that was needed. Throughout our planning, Linda was available for questions and regularly provided written updates. She gave a time schedule for set up and removal which was very accurate. Linda and Jeff were both on site during installation to make sure everything was done as planned and to answer any questions. We found their staff very courteous and helpful. This business was completely unhelpful and unwilling to offer a solution of refunding any money during the cancellation of our wedding. Do not use her if your date is not 100% or you have Covid concerns.

We had to change our wedding date due to Covid. She wasn’t available on the dates/times that the venue was. She kept all of our money, even during this pandemic. I agreed that the $500 was ok, but not everything. She was not understanding and as a business woman as well I was shocked.

Eventscapes is very professional, extremely accommodating and a breath if fresh air to work with on site! I am an event producer in the Bay Area and I needed very particular lighted trees, pots, height and delivery specs for an event. Noelle was very responsive with options for us and extremely patient with my timeline and last minute requests. We had a very tough and tricky load in to our venue and Jeff was the first one on site to install our tall trees and so lovely to work with! Again, very professional! We were just thrilled with the design, efficiency, product and Service! Will definitely use again. Thanks Noelle and Jeff!

We used Eventscapes for my wedding and I had an amazing experience with them! I wanted a fabulous wedding, but had a turnaround time of only 3 months to plan - a tall order for anyone who's planned a wedding :) Eventscapes accommodated my timeline, executed my vision, and delivered an above and beyond event for us. The transformation of the venue space was spectacular. The process was great working with Noelle. She engaged with us to understand our vision and helped to dream up additional details that really tied the whole room together. Our guests loved the open room/strolling buffet concept we did and it really allowed our guests to mingle and of course - dance more. The set up/break down for the event was so smooth. Noelle's team handled all the details so I could focus on my guests and having a blast at my wedding. I could not recommend Eventscapes more - from the friendly and organized staff, to the variety of visions & concepts that they can execute - it was truly an A+ experience. Thanks again Eventscapes!

Our wedding was just over a month ago at Seascape and Eventscapes did our reception space. We had the pleasure of working with Linda and Noelle and right from the beginning..THEY WERE AMAZING! I am not joking when I say they were the EASIEST to interact with out of everyone we worked with. They know exactly what they are doing and completely had our vision come together effortlessly. I fully trusted them to pull off an amazing reception space. We keep getting complements and are told our wedding was one of the nicest weddings our guests have attended. If you have your wedding at Seascape they have a list of preferred vendors with Eventscapes being one of the options for Decor; with a STUNNING ceiling treatment they offer!. They are a must! Preferred vendor or not, we would select them all over again. They are reasonably priced and truly wonderful. If you're looking for a wonderful Decor company, look no further because they are amazing for any event....and for us, they made our wedding that much more amazing and special.

(Decor, Flowers, Venue): Eventscapes is the definition of professional and perfect. This company is so passionate about what they do and make sure that you have everything you need for your perfect day. We got married at a venue that they manage, so they took care of the venue, decor, and flowers. First, the venue. The Little Bee Barn is absolutely stunning! If you are going for a rustic, but elegant look, the Bee Barn is the venue for you, but you have to go with Eventscapes to do your decor. They did such an amazing job transforming a huge empty barn into my absolute fairy tale of a wedding. Every little detail was thought out and planned perfectly by Linda and Noelle. They seriously thought of everything. It was simple, so elegant and beautiful. They also have so many things to choose from for decor that you are guaranteed to have everything you have ever dreamed of for your perfect wedding. Linda and Noelle are also amazing with communicating. They would get back to me right away and kept me calm throughout the whole process. Finally, the flowers! Oh goodness, their florist is AMAZING! She did such a wonderful job with all the floral arrangements, it was exactly was I was envisioning in my mind and she was able to get it perfect without me even explain it that well (I know nothing about flowers). My bouquet was beautiful, our centerpieces we amazing, everything was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Eventscapes for not only their flowers and decor, but also for their venue spaces that they manage. It was so easy just having one team to work with for all of these things. They have also been around for a long time, so all my other vendor new them well and they all worked amazing together! My wedding was absolutely perfect and I owe it all to Eventscapes.

A year ago my daughter, Rachel, asked me to help her find vendors for her wedding in Carmel September 1, 2019. I was finding it very difficult since we lived in Maryland. So we decided to hire a wedding planner and after interviewing many, we chose Allyson Grande. She hooked us up with Eventscapes. After sitting down with Linda Robinson and Allyson that November for just a few hours they had our vision of the perfect wedding planned. Not only was I happy with the results, I was overwhelmed by how beautiful Evenscapes made everything! From Rachel's bouquet to the wonderful furniture layout, lighting and so much more!! I could not have expected anything better!! Thank you Linda and everyone else at Eventscapes for the best wedding ever!!

We used Eventscapes for both our decorations and our flowers at our August 2019 wedding. I cannot recommend them more. It is a little hard to find their office, but once you do, it's entirely worth it. First, I am not someone who can or wants to scroll through hours and hours of photos on pinterest and various wedding websites (though I did go through many more than usual because, well, it was my wedding). I found some photos I liked a lot, but didn't love, and sent them to Eventscapes. They started to do their thing, and a few weeks later, I had a change of heart. I decided to go with a more tropical flower theme based on a single pinterest photo I had found. I sent that over and they were happy to accommodate my indecision. For decorations, I looked through the list of options and chose based on past photos, but gave them a general description of my personality (simple, elegant, modern). That's it. I probably should have been more stressed out about it, but I just let Eventscapes run with it (I had so many other things to do). Flash forward to the day of the wedding and the flowers were 10x better than the picture we sent. We were so happy/surprised with the flawless execution and improvement on our request. Everyone commented on how beautiful our flowers were, and I wish I could take some credit, but all I did was send a single (much uglier) picture to eventscapes. We also requested an earlier delivery for our flowers so that we could take photos before the ceremony, and they rushed to accommodate our request even though they had other deliveries before us. Our decorations were exactly what we requested -- beautiful, elegant, simple, modern. Highly recommend!!! Linda is awesome!
