Fed Ex can’t ever get it right. We never receive anything that is shipped fed ex. They can’t read house numbers. I can’t believe they get away with such horrendous service. You can’t call anyone and no one ever responds with resolution at the 800 number. They should close the hub if the can’t perform their jobs!

The driver showed up to my apartment didn't even ring the door bell and slapped a sorry we missed you on my door. I was home the whole time! And the worst part is that you can't contact the driver or FedEx Ground!

Claimed to have attempted delivery three times but I have a ring camera and the attempts were not made and there is not documentation of them being attempted. Impossible to contact or get resolution from FedEx. They seem to be making up delivery attempts to keep their metrics up.
