I love our Watsonville Goodwill. It may not be as large as the others, but I always end up going home with something. It's tidy and staff are friendly. I typically find Anthropologie, Calvin Klein, and other premium brands, as well as antique china and trinkets. Prices seem more reasonable than north county. Give them a visit!

Went in with a friend tried to pay with gift cards and myother 2 cards. They thought I was stealing specifically thiswhite dude and his manager with glasses. Said I wasstealing because the tag fell off but I'm still paying for it?Was kicked out. Next day came with my mom and thedude gave me attitude talking bout I'm not allowed inhere and was supervising the girl ringing Me up to makesure I'm stealing. Hate how I was treated. Want anapology, fix your staff. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OTHER PEOPLE TOO FIX UR STAFF

I feel like they make their own prices and give you a deal if they know you , the store it's self leaves alot to be desired I have traveled up and down this state and stopped at quite a few Goodwill stores I've only been to one other one that was this disappointing

Goodwills are always a hit and miss. I've consistently had a good experience here, and I always have fun looking aorund. Thrift shopping is usually a first come first service and sometimes there are good days and sometimes not. The clothing prices are pretty much like any other goodwill. Each category of clothing is around the same price. I like the layout of the store although the back wall can get crowded with big electronic items. Check out is easy, and the store is clean. The service is always good. No complaints but parking can be a hit or miss depending on if you go during rich hour. However, most times you can find a spot on the street fairly close.

I'm not exactly sure what everybody else is talking about with the bad reviews? Maybe because I'm older and look a certain way I've never been asked to put my purse in a locker nor have been accused of shoplifting at the store. Actually I have found so many treasures here I shop here as often as I can. It's quite a ways away from my house so I try to loop it in with a visit to the Hope thrift store which is also the bomb, See my separate review of that. I am a reseller and always looking for high end clothing to slip. I am really disappointed when I hit these two stores. I recently bought a 100% camel hair vintage full length trenchcoat here for $24 I was incredibly pleased and made a great profit on it. I agree that the prices at the goodwill have increased dramatically in the last few years and are much higher than a Goodwill in Sacramento where I have been living, but the quality of clothing here is much better as well. So in my mind it's a win. I have found the people that work here to be very kind and have had no problems other than some pretty sketchy other customers who I could understand might be asked to put their bags up or be accused of shoplifting when they are talking out loud about their drug use etc. just saying, no judgment.

I hadnt even left the store and was convicted of shoplifting while I was in the middle of walking up to the cashier intending on buying a ton of stuff. she said those aren't the shoes you came in with. I said I know I always walk around in the shoes I'm gonna but to make sure they are comfortable. (seriously I've done it many times!) and I buy a ton of stuff especially shoes from there. I told the lady I planned on buying the shoes , it was raining outside and I had went in with sandals and had the uggs on. she was just waiting till everyone left the store snd I was going up to the cash register. not even reaching the register but standing in line immidiatky I was confronted by a worker and told I couldn't purchase the items cause I was stealing the shoes. she said to leave or she's calling the cops. I continued to tell her I wasn't stealing snything. how can she say thst when I was going up to pay and hadn't even almost walked out the door. she then got another worker to come out who wasn't even there and act like she witnessed me stealing the shoes. what are they on there?! I mean s**** now I go back and twice she's came up to me and demanded that I'm not allowed cuz I'm a theif snd made comments about how I steal from the goodwill. and I act calm and tell her I didn't steal snything. and she just looks the other way snd starts calling the cops. so she can lie snd say she csught me stealing. it's bulldhit. I give them so much money snd overcshoes I wasn't even stealing she has banned me . it's not ok!

this store is awful me and my friend got kicked out just because the last time i made a purchase the worker wrongly priced me so they decided to kick me out and assuming they banned me.

Wish I could give Zero, 0 stars to this dump. They used to have good stuff a few years back and very reasonably priced. Now it's just full of overpriced junk. Customer service is extremely bad as well. I came looking for a portable charger for my ten year old grand son's iphone. We found one and he was very happy so I bought it for him. As we were walking out of the store I noticed that it didn't have the connection cable I needed (although it did say iphone compatible on the box, it was an old model from 2008). We came back inside not even thirty seconds after we had paid for it and asked the cashier if we could get something else instead of the charger since it wasn't going to work for my boy's phone. The lady said in a rude manner: "there's no refunds or exchanges ". That was $10 going straight to the trash can. So my advice is to thoroughly check every single item you are buying or just completely avoid coming here. I've seen Jeans with missing buttons, shirts that are ripped on the back or jackets with missing zipper handles all priced at $10 or higher. On one occasion they wouldn't even sell me a shower accessory that didn't have a price tag on it saying: "I can't sell it to you unless I know what it is, because it might be something really valuable ". I could barely contain myself in front of such ignorance, it made me feel upset and I wanted to laugh at the lady at the same time...I would advise people not to bring donations either, because the workers will just steal something if it has some value, I have seen it myself they will just put it in their pocket right in front of customers.

The most beautifully kept Goodwill I've ever seen. I love how the shoes are organized by color, and housewares were easy to look through. It's a small store but I left with my arms full of amazing things.

Prices are a little high. And they said "Once you BUY it! It's YOURS!" There are "NO Returns." I repeat. "NO Returns!" Too BAD! So Buyer Beware! On electrical items, make sure it works First before you buy it.
