Worst customer service of any Home Depot I've been to (at least 10). No employees approach or ask if we need help nor make eye contact. Asked if someone could cut a wood plank, waited there 15 min, no one come. Then we were told the cutter is not operational. A couple (possibly dating) were at the registers talking all day. I know this because I made multiple trips that day. Reviews for this Home Depot must be so bad that they need to scrub them daily. That's prob why I'm the first reviewer lol.

A few months ago I went in to buy some security cameras, nothing fancy just something to get the job done. I got home and realized 3/4 cameras I purchased were returned items since they were already activated and missing parts. This happened again when I went in to buy an AC and lo and behold when I opened the unit it was used (sold at retail). The unit had lots of dust and the parts compartment was already open. I go to return the unit and their return team was rude. The person who "helped" me was giving faces of boredom and annoyance to the other members. Never buying anything from here again.

Covid 19 safe. Not this place ! I've been shopping Home Depot on green valley for years always had a great experience! Everything I've ever needed for home repair or home-improvement I've gotten from this Home Depot! But the kids there don't seem to understand social distancing or CDC guidelines what's up Home Depot. 10 days later. Was in today to buy a new faucet everyone was wearing a mask. Limiting customers clean carts safety barriers at the cash register. Was helped by a very knowledgeable lady. Mish help me pick out a very nice Fossett that my wife really loves. She has helped me a few times and knows her stuff.

If your concerned about social distancing and employees taking measures seriously, don't come to this home Depot! Over heard employees joking about 6' distancing and only saw a handful of employees wearing masks, and taking percaution. I've been to other Home Depots in other counties and this is by far the worst! It starts with leadership ....clearly this store has a disconnect, and a lack of.

Went in there yesterday and today, during corona lockdown, because my water heater went toes up. I was stunned by the completely irresponsible way they are staying open as a "essential business". I saw almost no employees with masks. When you go in, you wait in line, and there is a sign that says "sanitized carts inside". When I went inside there was a row of carts, attended by an employee who was not wearing a mask and holding on to the cart handle with his bare hand. On going further into the store, I could count the number of employee masks on one hand. I passed a group of four employees hanging out around a desk in the floor covering section; they were all not wearing masks, standing 1-2 feet apart and shooting the breeze. On checkout, I observed that the people tending the self-checkout stations also didn't have masks. When I attempted to leave, a young woman at the door was checking receipts (Costco-style); she was not wearing a mask either. So you had to wait in line, again, to walk up to this woman who had no mask, hand her your receipt which she poked around on and folded, and she handed the receipt back to you. Interestingly, I never saw her look in a bag; why she needed to see the receipt is beyond me. But, as we all know, Covid-19 lives on paper so going through this process means she is exposed to every single person who hands her a receipt and she was passing this along to every subsequent person that handed her a receipt. Please explain to me how exchanging articles with someone amounts to "social distancing"? I'm in my 60s an this scared the bejeezus out of me; this is intolerable and I won't shop there again. And I'm gonna complain to the health department too.

If you want help tying to find something and don't know exactly where it is your screwed. I have passed many employees here yet they are to busy talking amongst themselves to help. I have literally stopped in middle of store and called from my phone to speak with someone in customer service and listened to the phone ring as they stood chatting to one another as phone rang. Lots of employees getting paid to do nothing more than socialize with co workers

After 20 minutes on the phone, someone answered and subsequently hung up before I was able to ask my question.

1 hour 45 minutes is how long we had to wait for our order to come out!!!! We had a front door delivered here. Went to customer service to pick it up & they said wait at the lumber door and they would bring it out. It has been 45 minutes waiting and still no door and no one has updated us on what's going on. We asked multiple store members to call and they said no one answered or is calling them back. So we go back to the customer service counter and the person working there says they can't find the door and they are looking for it but they haven't forgotten about us. How can you not find someone's $700 front door that they had delivered to the store? For over an hour? Its a 9 foot door, not easy to lose. The employees we talked to were all very nice but bottom line is it took almost two hours for them to find the door and bring it out to us. That's not okay and we will never be using the home depot deliver to store again. Again, employees were very kind, but this was unacceptable.

So I buy tools materials cleaning supplies garden supplies you name it from this location. Went in today to buy a gas grill and ended walking out with nothing. They had the grill i wanted so I looked for a tag or ticket I could take to the register but nothing could be found. I went to the help desk and asked for help and was told someone would be right over. Nobody was right over. Waited. Waited. Waited some more. Finally an employee in an orange vest walked down the isle. He was on his phon taking a personal call and only hung up after realizing I had walked up to him thinking he was going to help me. He proceeded to try to sell me assembled grills one off which he admitted was missing parts. After explaining that I wanted an unassembled boxed grill he told me there was one by the register that another customer had asked for but hadn't picked up and that I could buy it. At the register the employee working the register refused to sell it to me stating that it had been brought up for another customer. When I asked if there was another boxed grill I was told yes but the only person who could get it for me was busy and had no idea when they'd be free to help. Now maybe I'm crazy but if I'm standing there with cash in hand, this other guy that had the grill brought up originally was nowhere to be found, doesn't it make sense to sell me that grill and get another one,for the guy who's not there, who would never even know you sold "that" grill. He'd get his grill I'd get mine. Instead I left. I'd waited long enough already and the nonsense I put up with to this point was too much. Customer service has always sucked here. Employees dodging customers. Hiding in isles on their phones. Nobody knows anything about the products they sell. This reflected management. They could have sold a grill. Instead they made a customer fell as though they didn't want my business or it wasn't important how quickly I was helped. I'll go to another location from now on. God I hate these big box stores. Corporate couldn't give a damn and the low level employees don't either

Been doing HD for years...but usually the Capitola shop...due to nasty traffic, I decided to go to Watsonville...so glad I did...went for garden soil but needed a toilet...I don't know ----about toilets, but a very nice lady around plumbing was uber helpful and confirmed that the toilet I was most interested in is a big seller, high quality and that yes, I could do it myself...got it Home and to my surprise, it had a big broken piece of ceramic and I had to return it...the same great gal arranged for another to be brought down, we inspected it, found it to be perfect AND she gave me 25% off for the trouble!...very cool-whole store was great-from Loaders to cashiers and this very nice gal...it's all about customer service-always has been..and this Watsonville Home Depot gets that!...thanks all...and yes, the toilet works perfectly!

Went in the store for what seemed a quick stop but was received with extremely rude service by an employee named Carmen. I have worked customer service for many years and I always think to give good service as someone approaches the register at least with eye contact if your busy. This girl ignored me and the customer behind me and went ahead and helped someone in a different line. As I waited in front of her she literally acted like I wasn't their even when I had a cart with a huge load of cushions she apparently did not see us. She then was giving us attitude and was very rude. I don't understand why people work in customer service when they can't handle having a good attitude. This people represent the store and it was a bad experience. It was very disappointing when we drove 25 minutes to get this items because our local store didn't have them.

Worst customer service ever!!! Asked for a simple extension cord and the idiots working at the customer service desk sent me twice to the wrong isle. They even called someone to come assist and no one showed up. I spoke to the manager and she was even more ignorant. I should have known better just to order online.
