Good customer service but terrible iPhone replacement parts. Had my screen replaced here and the battery on my iPhone 11 Pro Max.
First I got my screen replaced then the battery wouldn't hold a charge so I went back and they said they'd look at it and then told me that the battery wasn't good so I had them replace it too.
The new screen was showing dead pixels in the middle after a few days and the battery after 3 weeks decides to no longer hold charge either and the phone dies and shows 10% battery
Good customer service just cheap part replacements

Great service. They fixed my ipad. They also sell nice iphone wallets. Purchased an ipad cover and cell phone cover. They have a variety of options for electronic devices.

Called around many repair shops and this shop was by far the most affordable. Very warm greeting and customer service, if you’re in the military, don’t settle for the 10% discounts at the other shops because JD’s got a 15% discount. Replaced my screen in 45 minutes and paying was a breeze, no upsell or pressure tactics. Drove all the way from Monterey just to come here. Highly recommend!

Cool people but after my screen got replaced my phone was dying at 35% the screen had such a delay and would double tap when texting putting periods in random spots . Screen would just always glitch out and swipe out the app it was in . Good prices though

I called JD wireless to have my phone screened replaced. JD wireless is so accommodating and ordered my screen replacement. They are so friendly and professional as well as trusting. Once my new screened arrived, they were able to fix within an hour. They also fixed my camera as it was bleary. The price were exceptional compared to others in Watsonville. Highly recommended and will definitely be my only place to go.
