Horrible customer service. Save yourself the time and go to another. Don't know her name but the chick with the fake lashes doesn't know anything about her job, t-mobile, nor customer service. Driving now to another store to save myself to headache of dealing with her. Such a nightmare.

Had to come in today to try to switch carriers and Kassandra helped me immensely. She spent about an hour with me trying to help me switch since Boost cut off my service unexpectedly and made it nearly impossible to switch. I'll have to go back to fix the issue, but I felt very welcomed and am glad to be switching from Boost which has practically no customer service skills whatsoever.

Vicky was wonderful in setting up our upgrades. My family picked up two OnePlus Nord N200. She had made the process very easy and was very friendly and patient. Definitely would recommend her if you come to this location.
