I do not recommend this place the lady did not do what I asked for and on top of that they kept switching lady's to do my nails. Will never be going this place!

I get a gel manicure and pedicure, and I’m so happy with the results every single visit! The service is always excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. The prices are extremely fair for the quality of work. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great nails without breaking the bank!

My first time here because the nail salon that I’m a client of was closed due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I asked for a pedicure and a manicure, but the lady who did my manicure did not clean my cuticles well, she made me bleed from two fingers. She put too much nail polish on my nails, they looked so fat. My pedicure…. Oh my, the lady did a horrible job. I asked for short toe nails and she kept them long. I asked to be gentle due to my medical condition, yet she did not give a damn. She did not clean my cuticles at all. And the nail polish she used looked clumpy. The skin close to my nails was painted. It looked like a 5-year-old had painted my nails. I asked to re-paint my toenails and another lady painted them, she also did a horrible job. I ended up just asking to take the nail polish off. I was very unhappy with my pedicure and manicure. The lady who did my Mani had told me it was going to be 30 dollars but because I kept telling her how to do my nails she ended up charging me 40 dollars. For my pedicure, they were charging me 40 dollars and I told them no. I told them that I was willing to pay $25. They got mad but they granted me 25 dollars for my pedicure. I do not recommend this place, aside from doing a horrible job, the salon is dirty and unsanitary. Save your self a dollar and go to another salon.

If I could, I'd give negative stars. They were happy and willing to take me as a walk in. But that's where the pleasantries ended. There were old nail clippings in my seat when I sat down. The tools did not come from a fresh pack. After removing the polish, they began cutting my cuticles. She cut me and I was bleeding. I then said it burned as she tried to continue with the pedicure. I asked her to stop and said I did not want to continue with the service. When I asked how much I owed for the nail polish and cuticle removal, they tried to charge me the full $30. Then, when the lady who had done my pedicure heard that I didn't want to pay the full $30, she started yelling, making faces at me, and walked off. Filthy establishment, filthy environment, filthy work, and filthy customer service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR $1,000,000 in cash!!

I’m so very happy to finally found a great place to get my nails done and eyebrow wax also. I have been looking for about 3 months going from salon to salon in Watsonville hoping to find someone who can do my nails and my wax without hurting me as well as listen to what I actually would like done and do it. Finding a place who can do both , nails and wax , with great results , and be affordable has been so challenging. Almost gave up on being
Stylist: Elaine was wonderful , handled both nails and eyebrow , upper lip wax , fast and so efficient. Very professional and very very sweet girl. So happy to finally find you . Thank you Elaine , I will be back in a couple weeks ?

They can get you seen and done pretty fast. They do a great job and try to match photos too that you bring in. Love this place been going since I was in middle school

My mother got a pedicure and had a horrible experience. The salon was dirty but the worst was that when she trimmed her cuticles, she cut her and made her bleed. She scrubbed her heels so hard that they are raw.

Worst place ever. She over cut both my toenails and still sprayed alcohol left me bleeding and had the audacity to layer over 10 layers of nail polish and asked for tip.
