I used their print shop today and the woman there was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was really busy, but kept on course.

I have been going to this store for a very long time, but this time was unbelievable. I went to the print center to get a job done and it came out to be completely wrong, and on top of that the person that helped me said he would get it done after a few hours. I had to wait longer after the few hours giving me false expectations. I believe he said his name was Juan. When I was waiting for my order to be complete I would see him walking around in the isles on his phone talking on his phone. This is very unprofessional and I would have expected more especially if he is a manager or a supervisor. I am very glad that V fixed my order after I had to come back and get it fixed.

Staff is rude. Should just be a self-help self-checkout store. So embarrassing. Is there even a manager at this place? Wow, go check out this store, corporate. It's barely stocked as well.

As I was searching for some dividers, there was a female employee a few feet from me doing inventory. Never greeted me or asked if I needed help. As I found what I was looking for I went to the cash register to purchase my items. The female cashier scanned my items and as I was reaching in to my bag to grab my wallet, she leaned against the counter behind her with her arms crossed in front of her chest. She started to make hard breathing sounds ( huffing and puffing ) like if she was running out of patience. As I ran my card threw, my receipt printed out she turns around and tells her co-worker ( possible manager ) that she was going on break after this customers ( me ). Then she tells me " have a good day " walks away. She never asked to bag my items and never gave me my receipt. My stuff were still sitting in the same place I put them at to be scanned. The co-worker ( manager ) gives me my receipt and I tell him ( her customer service sucks, she left me standing there never handed me my items or receipt. I come here a lot and never have I been treated like this ). He apologized with a sorry and continued to help the next guest next to me. I hope Staples supervisors sees this and trains the employees better.

Never again. The guy at checkout was fine. BUT the two women behind the counter saw customers in line, didn't lift a finger to help him, were chatting, one was even slumped over the counter she was at, as if she wasn't even at work. The guy was doing everything by himself, they didn't greet anyone, nothing. The prints I got were horrible. My printer did better, which made no need to get them printed somewhere else. My friend said i should demand a refund, i don't even care at this point, I just know I will never go back there again.

We received stellar service from V in the print department today. We needed programs printed for my mother's Celebration of Life service. We were struggling to get the formatting right. I could tell from the moment V answered the phone that we were in good hands. I emailed two versions and by the time my husband popped in 20 minutes later, V had the formatting issues resolved and a proof ready for my husband to approve. Forty-five minutes later, we had our programs in hand. Printed. Folded. Beautiful. V even made my husband aware of a current special that saved us 20%! Today, V is my hero! Thank you, Staples, for having the good sense to hire kind, caring, talented help like V.

First off, i wander around for 5 minutes and no one asks if I need help, my man even jokingly yells "hey this girl is stealing!" Still no one shows up. I go to the counter and ask for help, he tells someone else to help. The other guy come around with so much attitude, he doesn't want to help; I ask for a specific model MAC charger that was available in store for 78$ according to their website. They don't have it, and they're trying to sell me a different kind with an adapter , collectively over 140$. Absolute BS. They lie about their stock then try to sale you s*** that cost more. BUYER BEWARE

It is pretty ridiculous that you can't answer the phone in at least 10 minutes. Yesterday we were there and it was nearly impossible to get an employee's attention as well. God forbid they welcome customers in, offer assistance, or anything else other than text, talk to friends, and talk to each other on their headsets. The printing station is a great idea, but very poorly executed. Copies are expensive, machines run slowly, and the printers didn't recognize my USB, so we had to use the computer, which of course, charges by the minute as well as by the page. We are not likely to be back.

Well, I'm sorry to say but the Watsonville store: the level of customer help and appreciation has gone out the door especially here at Staples I've only been to this store about four times in the last two years but every time it's the same long long lines, one clerk trying to run the show and a joke of a manager and a crony standing around acting like they're on a break up front when customers are just twitching there ready to walk out, What a joke, no wonder people shop online

This review is for their printing services: It's my neighborhood Staples and I'm going outta my way to get my headshots printed elsewhere as there's only one printing services employee who helps me. They got another knowledgable printing employee too who unfortunately has a ruler stuck up her anus. Hence, I'll try printing there again if their staff gets more training, both technically and attitude-wise. But for now, there are other more reliable Staples branches close by.

Worst customer service, every single time. Maybe teaching the staff how to say "I'll be right with you" is a good start.
