“I purchased a Steel building from Paul Piker at Northern State Steel in May 2025. Paul and Ashley were a pleasure to work with. His response time to my questions were very quick. The building was 42 1/2 feet wide with a 12 1/2 foot carport, cantilevered overhang which made the building 55 feet wide and 46 feet deep and just over 19 feet at the peak. The cantilevered carport was something I was looking for, and Paul was able to accommodate me with that. The building arrived on time, and in good condition. My 19-year-old grandson and I constructed the building and the directions received from Paul were clear and very helpful. Although I am in the construction industry, I have never built a steel building, but this one went together quite easily. We wanted insulation in the building because of the high temperatures we deal with here in Las Vegas, and Paul was able to attach an installation package to the building that made insulating it fairly simple, with a white liner on the inside that made the building interior look very nice. I will only need one of these buildings in my lifetime, but if I ever did need another one. I would use Paul at Northern State Steel again. As I said earlier, he was a pleasure to work with. I’ll add finished photos when I get the electrical done and the interior side walls lined.”
