We sought Kommany out to assist with our 2019 taxes. When she reviewed and learned we had been in business for years but had little to no income and numerous expenses, so 2019 was our first year of including our business income and expenses as it had become larger. Kommany convinced us that amazon doesn't pay tax and we could do the same with our expenses and pay little to no taxes.I had a W2 job as well as the company. She amended our 2016, 2017, 2018 and we filed our 2019. Kommany was paid to do our bookkeeping for 2016, 2017 and 2018 and do the tax filings for all years. We had large returns. We paid Kommany, filed our taxes, received refunds and then in 2020 we got audited first for 2018 and then for all years. The examiner from the IRS said "this is negligence and ignorance"Fuel tax credit was claimed - this is for farms not for cars.We had large amounts in "other expenses" anytime more than $1000 is in other expenses, that return will be audited - experienced tax professionals know this.We hired 2 tax lawyers and hired 2 CPA firms to review the work done by Kommany. All 4 said it was going to be expensive and messy to clean up.We spent 18 months working to clean this mess up. While we were cleaning this up we had to redo all the work. We found Kommany double counted expenses for multiple businesses, we found she ignored deposits for travel reimbursements for my W2 job and expensed the travel, that was reimbursed already. We found about 150k of expenses for 2017 and 2018 were not legit. The expenses that could have been legit were mis categorized.Kommany was not aware of 8829 expenses cannot exceed income for that business. Losses in 8829 can be carried over but cannot reduce other income, she put numbers that were 8829 into "other expenses".Our 2016 was rejected by the IRS and we paid penalties and interest. Our 2017 was also rejected by the IRS and we paid penalties and interest. Our 2018 was also rejected by the IRS and we paid penalties and interest. Our 2019 was amended during audit and we paid penalties and interest. Our out of pocket for these mistakes cost us 140,000 USD between the IRS and California franchise tax board. We have asked Kommany to refund us all our monies paid to her for services she rendered on our behalf (just over $6,000). She did not respond. I did see a missed called from her at 10 pm at night one time. I provided an invoice and mailing address to send the refund, we have yet to receive the refund.During the time of working with Kommany she was very sweet and kind, I feel her intention is to do good. She was juggling a lot, a daughter, charity work, starting Maha Mushrooms, another business of hers, and thus she would call us at 9 or 10 pm to work on the books. I work a full time job plus run a busy business. It was exhausting to work with her, she would be asking 2 questions at once and already onto something else while I was gathering the answers. Then, she would talk about investors for her Maha Mushrooms business and go into details about that, while we are working on our books. I constantly had to help her focus.Looking back now, I can see the warning signs of her busyness and lack of knowing, she knows a lot, she knows on the surface about having many businesses and moving the losses around, her execution and details to correctness is not there or at least it was not in our experience. She rushed and was sloppy and charged us top dollar for the work.We had a few close friends who worked with Kommany too, that is now in the past, they have also stepped away from working with her for taxes.I think a refund is the least Kommany can do. We had to put our home and vehicle up for sale to pay all the fines from the IRS. We trusted Kommany to do our taxes correctly and she did not do them correctly and I quote a few of the comments from our lawyers "these are negligent" "You really paid someone to do this?" "I feel for you, prepare for an audit, you will get audited”.

Extremely poor communicator. Her business is a scam and not to be trusted. Does not do the work. She sabotaged my business.

Save yourself a lot of $ and go anywhere else. Kommany is dishonest and she's out to fill her pockets in as few clients as possible. She is a 1 woman show and full of false claims. She charges ridiculous rates for a return that takes her 10min to do, and she will advise you don't need to report all sorts of things and sources of income you actually do have to report. She will prioritize getting new clients over helping her existing ones and then she is mostly after larger income clients for a bigger payouts and billing for her and then if you are not one of those clients she'll lead you to believe you are lucky to get an appointment the following tax season because she is exclusively offering services to big earners. Her big returns are only big expenses to the client and it's not much different than you'd have gotten anyway, and if you got a big one you were likely poorly advised to not report income or under report your earnings. She is careless in her reporting and offers bad advice and it's likely to cause you problems down the road when her loose tax strategies raise questions or possibly subject you to unnecessary audits. You won't get what you paid for, and you can pay a lot less for much better services.

Kommany stole my $1400 and ruined my taxes. I demand a refund now. Everything she did was wrong and now I owe more money than I have in the bank! She has missed several scheduled meetings. Leaving g waiting and calling for hours nervous about the mess she created. A year later and it's still a disaster. She has taken the money and ran and now will not return any messages. When I asked to meet in-person she lied and said she was out of town. Refund my money now!
