“Words can't describe my appreciation for Ed and his son. While driving on I5 (alone) from Washington State my truck overheated and coolant leaked out all over the freeway. I was towing my empty horse trailer down to buy a new horse. On a Sunday, at 6am, Ed answered (I didn't expect anyone to answer) and the sense of pure relief in a very stressful situation, turned me into a cry baby lol and Ed said he would be down at the shop to diagnose my truck.
I had to wait 2 hours for a tow but even to our tow truck drivers surprise, they beat us there.
I'm so grateful for their hard work and their honesty.”
“Our daughter was towed to Bjers 12/29/2025 from I-5 late afternoon. They quickly evaluated the problem as brakes to be replaced(bad installation from an out-of-town service-so dangerous!) They recommended a nice place to stay and provided transportation. They seemed busy, but got her on her way by 10am the next morning! They explained and documented the problems for her too. For a fair price, complete timely service, respectful treatment to a distressed traveller, we are so appreciative! Thank you Bjers. Highly recommend this local business!”

“These guys saved our vacation. I got a bad fill of Def at a truck stop, and my truck was screaming about going into limp mode because of it. I swung into mt shasta on a Friday afternoon (we where headed to oregon, and they where the closest dealer in range). I had low expecations of getting anything resolved on a Friday afternoon with an unscheduled repair appointment, but the service department got my def tank drained/refilled, codes cleared and my family back on the road in less then 2 hours. We made it to our weekend getway in time to celebrate mothers day.”
“We were towed from Weed because we had a bolt in our tire that was leaking air really fast. They were able to patch our tire in 45mins after being towed to their place for $30. We are so thankful for them taking us last minute and with in no time we were back on the road for our road trip.”
