Its really good sometimes and other times its not very good at all. Occasionally you find expired stuff on the shelf and sometimes the price its advertised is not what it rings up at. The produce is always really solid. The meat can be good but you gotta watch the prices its kept really clean also which is nice its my go to store. The employees are nice as well

The supposed owner of this Grocery outlet in weed California took me out and told me that he wouldn't let me buy anything because he was speaking Spanish it's incredible just so they don't pass and support racist stores I did not feel offended but sad by the poverty of spirit in these people. Just don't stop by so you don't have a bad time. God blessing to this who need Jesus.

Terrible store that is filthy and has bugs and rude employees. My 5-year-old had to go to the bathroom and they rudely told him absolutely not. Even though he was about to pee his pants they couldn't even extend a courtesy of letting him use the restroom as a customer this is a completely obscene and heinous.

I have been to this store in many different places. Too many times I have gone into this particular store here to see that a product has a price on the shelf but then get to the till and the price is considerably different and higher than it says on the shelf. Others I know have the same exact thing routinely happen to them. Starting to wonder if the management at this particular store is a reason for it. When it happened yet again today with the price being $1.50 more at the till than what it said on the shelf I asked for a manager who came along and that person was extremely rude to me. They just played it off like it was no big deal then would not honor what the lower price said even after checking. Seems like this particular store knows the other stores in the area are way more expensive and feel they can do whatever they want here because of it. They should have a price guarantee here and quit scanming people who have no choice other than to shut up and deal with it because they have no other choice. Shame on you Grocery Outlet!

Just discovered that Grocery Outlet locations are privately owned by locals. Guess thst explains why this one truly sucks. SOME PEOPLE SHOULD NOT OWN BUSINESSES ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE TRUE LOSERS...

Had a horrible experience with a cashier named Cindy. She was extremely rude and had poor customer service skills. She barely acknowledged my existence, much less made any attempt at being polite. At one point she needed her manager for something, but just stood there for 2-3 minutes in silence without even telling me what was going on. I have never had any issues with any other employees, but this left a sour taste in my mouth.

I’ve shopped in this store almost on a weekly basis and have seen many time how rude the management is. On one occasion I had a complaint about the location of a product and the owner said too bad and basically said shop somewhere else if you don’t like it . People who bring in their service dogs have been rudely asked to leave the premises even being 86 d from the store!!!!!! Remember to use your bathroom before going there or have a small list as there are no public restrooms available for customers… I’ll be shopping in yreka at the grocery outlet up there plus Walmart and raleys —-so long weed grocery outlet. There goes $200 a month from your profits Rodney

I have never in my life experienced such disrespect from a manager. There's a way to tell people that they can't bring their dogs into the store and then there's Jody's way. Rude, calling my friend a liar, and 86 him from the store. All in front of other customers. Highly unprofessional and disappointing for our small community.

As a paying customer, I should be allowed to use the restroom and instead I had to literally almost pee myself as I went next-door to the gas station. This is ridiculous. There’s a difference between vagrants and paying customers with over $500 in groceries and one visit.
Wake up, you’re not servicing your customers, you are being patronizing and demonstrative to the general public
