Came in on a tow truck. The staff was helpful and friendly, and let me borrow a tool to get back on the road. They had everything i needed and seemed to know what they were talking about. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We broke down near Weed and nursed our truck into town. We found the nearest Napa and when we pulled up they were closed! We were desperate. We saw the last employee (Kenny) as he was pulling out of the parking lot. We flagged him down and he was nice enough to go back and open the store to help us. We were able to get the part we needed and get back on the road. I'm sure after working all day he would have rather gone home. We definitely appreciate him taking the time to help us.

My other half and i were arriving to do a delivery at rays and there was a gentleman sitting in his pickup trying to figure out where he could get a used tire but the problem was he had already used his spare for a blow out the night before. Well he made it to the parking lot and went to sleep and woke up with his right rear tire completely flat. Someone had told him he would be back with help but didnt return. I ran across thr street to you guys hoping you eould have a way to air his tire but you guys didnt but you did go out of the way and donated not 1 but 2 bottles of fix a flat and those bottles were not cheap. He tried to pay for the second one but you have some major compassion and let him keep his money. The nice man that has worked there at napa the longest, you know the meaning behind great and awesome customer service and your actions were shown and will not go unrecognized sir. You’re a kind compassionate man. The world needs more people like you

Great store and people. Broke down 6 miles north was able to limp car to Napa they went out of the way to help us we got back on the road less then an hour.
