Solid stop clean, safe, and run by good people
I’ve been through a lot of Pilot Flying J locations, and this one in Weed, California stands out. The place is clean, easy to get to, and the staff actually take pride in their work. Parking was smooth plenty of space even later in the evening, and the lot felt safe and well lit.
Showers were spotless, hot water came right away, and the water pressure was great. Store shelves were stocked, and the coffee was fresh not burnt like some other places. The food area looked clean, and everything smelled fresh.
The employees were friendly, not rushed, and seemed to care about the drivers coming through. You can tell they keep the place organized and welcoming.
All in all, it’s a solid stop good energy, clean facilities, and a safe place to rest. I’ll definitely make this a regular stop when I’m running through northern California.

I stopped here to get gas on my way to a family thing. The employees were really nice and welcoming. Got a fresh Cinnabon and a breakfast sandwich. Both were very good. The restroom was really clean and smelled good.
There's a Subway inside. They have a variety of products. I would definitely stop by here again.

This location has made up there own rules and don’t follow corporate rules. I think this location is very poorly managed and run down. They do not allow Motorhomes to park at this location overnight and they don’t take very good care of there facilities

Excellent customer service from the ladies running the morning show! Clean bathrooms, low wait times, and freshly stocked at our 5:30am visit 🙌🏽

CONSTANTLY dirty men’s restrooms!!!! Been stopping here since Pilot bought this truckstop and it hasn’t changed for over decade. Disgusting!
Showers have zero ventilation and zero drainage on the floors.
Place needs new management and full remodeling.

Darla went above and beyond what a manager would do. She made a phone call to find me a part I needed. She helped me get to the store to get to the part. It was an end to a very terrible day. Thank you Darla.

This location is always out of everything. Do they not know how to run inventory and order product?
Then when I do decide to get something, I’m standing in line with 3 other customers and Christy is on her cell phone until she decides to put it down and walk away. Not jump on a register and help take care of the customers waiting in line, but simply walk away and start cleaning stuff. A few days ago when I was here, she avoided helping customers then too. 2 stops and I see a pattern.
But being out of so much product is ridiculous and it’s not the first time for this location.

15 minutes on the Massage chair was a life saver.. I felt almost fully recovered from a week long road trip. Whoever thought of this idea deserves a gold medal and I want this to be available in all travel centers!
