Shopping at Raley's hasn't been great lately. Each time something is on sale, they have to call over another checker-meaning they must stop helping that customer. It's like an act of congress watching them discuss the price & whether it's correct or not. Good grief-update your system so the sale price is reflected. Their produce isn't really fresh either. Wilted & should be pulled.

Good selection but pricey compared to Walmart. Bakery and deli is good. Good choices for higher quality foods and such. Go there often.

Half a star in my opinion grew up here - have watched this deli go from efficient and delicious to slow, inattentive, sloppy and disgusting. to the older deli worker with blonde hair who never wears a mask and sings along to the songs. You come off so rude and you have no drive it is sad to watch you try to make my sandwich, which you couldn't even make. I will not be returning sadly but I'm thankful for our miner street meat market and their amazing staff and great deli.

Deli is always a 30 minute wait. Way understaffed constantly. Management clearly does not want to address this issue

I very much appreciate hiw Raley is trying their absolute best to honor safety protocols during the pandemic. As a new resident to the area, I feel very safe coming to this establishment even if I might pay a little bit more than the bargain competition stores in the area. Thank you!

This location condones racism in their workplace. Recently a worker was fired for standing up to their manager after the manager had been making racist remarks about them being Hispanic for some time. After this worker stood up to the manager they were then fired. They have no loyalty to their employees as well has now put an individual, who was being discriminated against, out of a job. I will never shop here again and am disappointed that this type of behavior is happening in this corporation.

Every time I've gone to this store it is always clean, and ppl are all very nice and helpful. Everyone is wearing masks, cleaning each cart AND mart cart after every use! The store is always being stocked, so it's very seldom out of things. Being disabled I can always use the extra help, and they always ask if I need it. Walmart won't make ppl wear masks, their store and carts are filthy, so I refuse to go there! You guys are great! Keep up the good work!

I got two sandwiches today, about an hour ago. While taking our order this young lady, whose name starts with an I, was not polite. When I asked her to please use a clean knife, due to my severe allergy to avacodo, she cut my sandwhich with the knife laying there. When I commented on it, she snottily told me that small knives were used for avacodo. I have NEVER had such rude treatment in the deli. In the past when I told deli workers about my allergy, they've cleaned the area and were careful. Someone needs to retrain this girl in customer service and how to treat special requests. If I see her working, next time I will take my money else where.

Saw a comment in here regarding the lack of face mask enforcement and should've driven further for a safer environment. Most aren't wearing masks, employees included, and while they did claim there was cart washing I didn't witness it occurring. The self checkout was the only redeeming thing as we watched a masked employee diligently wiping them down. Don't stop in here if you value a safe shopping environment. This is for the anti-mask campers and we felt very uneasy shopping in here. Drive elsewhere if you do care to shop somewhere that is taking things more seriously

Stopped in to grab a few things for the road. Was shocked at the amount of people who were not wearing masks and the lack of management or employee enforcement of the state mandate rule of mask wearing inside businesses. Mask wearing is not much of a protection of one's self as it is of others. So these people who refuse are either uninformed or the worst sort of people in this county, or state and country. I rarely post a one star. In this case I think there should be a negative star.

Raley's is our family's go to grocery store. Great selection and excellent service! They also have a nice little deli and coffee stand inside for on the go. I love our hometown Raley's! It's like family to me.

Wow! Raley's offers curbside shopping delivery with your own personal shopper! Also provides an APP so you can download and really concentrate on exactly what you want to buy in the comfort of your own home allowing more time for family and friends. After driving 7 hours and not wanting to go shopping , I came upon this service and called Raley's wondering if they offered it? Within minutes I had everything downloaded and picked out so that I could actually relax and prepare my dishes knowing that all necessary items would be picked up and brought out by curbside. A special space is marked and waiting for you. You call them and they bring it directly out to your car and happily load your car so you don't even have to get out. To top it off, Katelyn my personal shopper went out of her way asking me if I had everything I needed and was so accommodating and helpful! I felt so cared for and really could just relax. Wow! My husband even said, "this is a dream". Thank you Raley's for aiding to our duties and simply making the holiday more enjoyable with no shopping hassles. Linda the Manager also organized it all and because we had more guests coming we were able to use the service two days in a row! Yippie!
