The young lady was rude she asked me what range of price I was looking for I told her less than $98 and the employee said well you are in the wrong place if you want that price go to macys you find that price there, not here in Aldo smh!! She was rude I can buy 3 pairs of $98 but for a simple pair of heels for $98 of course I won’t buy but that’s not the case the case here was the way she responded was wrong!!!

manager is absolutely the worse. BOUGHT shoes and tried them on when I got home but they didn’t fit, went to return them as per policy says! She refused to refund me and after 30 minutes she did so, NEVER BUY ANYTHING!! MANAGER NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. All that hassle just to do the return at the end. Horrible

Went to store today my fiancé was looking for shoes the ladies working there were very rude Aldo advertise up 50% off we asked a couple times about the prices and I asked about specific shoe I asked what percentage is this if is not 50% off she yelled at us and said I don’t know after yelling to us In from other customers we decided to leave because of her actitud also should be specific on signing and separate 20% or 30% etc…

Came in at 215 pm wasn't greeted wasn't asked if I needed help. Everyone was clicked up talking. Felt very awkward approaching the jewelry section because a man and woman were talking and when I went over they just got quiet. Really needed a purse for tonight wish I could of spend money here cause there purses were cute

This store is conveniently located inside of the West Covina Plaza. Parking is easy if you park in the back of the Plaza. This is a very clean and modern looking shop. It also sells a lot of unique and fashionable items, from small to big. This Italian design shop has its famous shoe designs for both men and women. Plus, it has a lot of masks and jewelry, hair accessories to look sharp and fancy, even just for window shopping, it is fun to visit.

Hahahaha I went to buy some shoes and it said 70% but they were only 2 or 3 pairs of shoes and others were half price and just shoes for giants I just wasted my time
