i always have a good experience here no rude people and my dentist is always super nice & helpful. I’m feeling under the weather today and usually when I get rude comments I speak up and say what I have to say but today I wasn’t in the mood to even start an argument. I had a dentist appointment & I’m rescheduling to get my wisdom teeth pulled out. One of the lady’s comes up to the counter and asks the other lady “whats this for” (my paper) she says “for extractions” the other lady proceeds to say “they need to stop smoking” mind you I was standing right in front of her while she said this about MY paper. I don’t smoke and my extractions were for my wisdom teeth lol. To be more specific this lady was sitting on the left side of the desk in the far back closer to the door & this was about 12pm on feb 29th. I could’ve caused a scene but didn’t, don’t be metiche, be professional & keep you’re comments to yourself.

Been there for over 10years, highly recommend. Doctors are all great, Pediatrician Dr Kona is the best, takes her time with the children

They show respect and courtesy to every client, quality of care they provided is very special always with concern and excellent provider. The office was very clean and very relaxing to every client to enter .

My son had a fever and the doctor only gave me taylenol, I had to take him to the hospital so they could give him antibiotics for the ear infection, and last Friday he went to the dentist and they hurt his lip and he came back today so they can give him some ointment and They have me waiting for a patient to cancel his appointment to come to me. The child missed school and I had to leave work ?

Don’t come here for prenatal care. The OBGYN will be too busy to see you. They make you wait weeks for results. God forbid you have a miscarriage, you’ll never know because you won’t get to speak to a doctor.

Spent 40 minutes on a call trying to get an appointment with the dentist. Although the person assisting with my call was very professional, it is completely unacceptable to be on hold for 40 mins for an appointment. She was trying to get the supervisors approval ! Why ? If thats the case, they should have a more efficient way to approve an appointment. Switching my son's dental group.

They dont care about you they give you the run around and when you call they hang up on you. They let me be ony broken to for 3 weeks and did not even give me a boot they also decided to call me after i looked for a different dr. They will wast your time.

I been using Altamed as my provider for the past 9yrs I was happy with the service, but I’m really considering changing providers. Is ridiculous that they keep canceling appointments wether is for Dr appointment or Dental so far this year they have cancel my kids and my self appointments 6 times. Some of the calls to cancel are either 15min before appointment or until I get there they advise my appointment was cancel for whatever reason.

First of all , I'm upset by the many negative people with their negative reviews on here. I have been coming to this location for years now and never once have I had a bad experience. From the people who would take our temperature in the front to the people working front desk and the nurses and doctors , YOU ARE ALL AMAZING! I have come here for many different visits from when I was sick to my whole first pregnancy and now my son also coming to visit his pediatrician we have always had a 5 star experience. The doctors are always checking on us even after our visits, listening to any questions or concerns I may have. I thank everyone who works at this location for the kindness and patience that they give because I have a toddler now and I know he's a handful and they are always so amazing with him. To the amazing doctors, nurses and OBGYN who was there for my appointments and birth, you have always been so helpful and have given me the best. Everyone at this clinic is always in top of everything and so quick and clean! Every appointment we've had has always been quick the most I've ever had to wait was 30 minutes EVEN DURING COVID TIME. I recently had scheduled a same day appointment and I was late due to some unforeseen traffic and they still took us in quick and I thank the staff who assisted us. I'm not sure if the people with their negative reviews have only been here once and we're just having a bad day but I have been a loyal patient to this clinic for years now and I recommend this clinic to my family all the time because of how much they care for us. I got referred by my niece for dr and dentist since alpril I’ve been there 3 times and 2 cancellations for my appointments if I miss a day of work it hurts but to waste 3 days 4 months,the dr is great tho she got me off my medicine cold turkey today 8/29 my dentist is also great but the appointment people need to comunícate with the drs or viceversa Drs make sure you can see everyone with appointments no one wants to take a day off and get cancelled so far im still trying to work with them ,I’m just suggesting the next time I’ll change places .On the other hand they do have handicapped parking and wheelchair accessible restroom 1st floor & 2nd floorAs a customer work insurance I do believe they should be in point with referrals and appointments

I read a lot of reviews on here on how dental appointments are hard to get at this place and wait times were crazy but I was able to get an appointment for the next day and I only waited for about 15 minutes. All of the staff were super friendly. Dr. Luna did a quick but very thorough job in the dental cleaning, she was very kind and chatted with me through it all. Nice experience overall!

I've been loyal to this altamed for years! My kids & I get seen regularly, medical visits & dental visits But lately they have been so unorganized, cancelling appointments, having appointments months ahead! Getting there to your appointment & them saying that it's a different time, it's crazy how bad it's getting. I don't know if they're just money hungry & are taking anyone without thinking ahead but dang, if this keeps up, I'm gonna have to look for another place for my family .

Scheduled a visit because I was experiencing strange symptoms I had never experienced before. The doctor though polite was very dismissive about my concerns, almost like she didn't listen when I described what was happening. She just prescribed me otc allergy medicine and told me to stay out of the sun. Less than a week later, my symptoms got worse. Turns out it was an infection. I found out by going to the ER, which was way more thorough in screening, diagnosing and treating the issue. I would not recommend going here unless you don't have another option.

Will never go here again this is the 3rd time I've gone to the urgent care my urgent care cause I have altamed and they send me to smart clinic. A 20 minute drive while I'm having chest pains the waiting room and parking lot have about 3 people in it and they said the were at capacity! I work in the medical field and there's no such thing as at capacity by law you have to see you pts unless you're closed I let it slide the first 2 times but this is just ridiculous so my lawyers will be in touch
