The guy there said no refills I asked why and he said they don't do refills. This is the only place that doesn't give refills. Strange . I bought a Xlarge soda and he was charging me $3.30. Whe any other Arco is 89 cents plus tax. Maybe the guy needs money that he needs to take other people's money. Arco corporate investigate this station. The guy is really dark skin Indian guy.
