I was at the West Covina Plaza mall for the last 3 weeks. I bought my iPhone 15. They were all ( esp. Jose, Britney and Andrew and another guy I can’t remember) very accommodating, helpful and very pleasant The problem I had was resolved. If anyone would read this - I highly recommend this branch.

I was there some time ago to fix internet issues on my phone. They tried to change my sim card to new one and do few other stuff, then they took my phone to the back room to fix it. After like 10-15 minutes they gave it back to me.They fixed the issue but they looked through my photos on the phone ( I found out gallery in last used apps). Never let them take the phone to the backNot coming back there

Our sales rep Lia was very helpful and nice throughout the process. My girlfriend and I were really satisfied with her customer service. She was upbeat with a positive attitude and very knowledgeable. We appreciate her making the process really easy. I’m so happy to have my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. Thank you Lia!

The small Hispanic guy lied to me just so I can sign a new contract through him.I was told by AT&T to go into any store to buy my new S23 Ultra which was set up by the operator and written up for me to just pick up. The sales rep in this Covina store told me it's ready for me but I need to sign up for the new contract. I said I don't need to, I'm staying with my current contract, and he said it is the only way. I said that I was told I am allowed to stay with my current contract, I received confirmation. He said ? there is no way, that I mist sign up with there new contract in order for me to proceed with the purchase in which was already set up from AT&T HQ. I could tell he was fully lying to me with that smirk he had on his face. First time I'm meeting this sales representative. Horrible experience. I was planning on buying a case and a protection glass as well, but the guy was fully against me, he just wanted the commision of signing me up with a new contract. I left and drove to the store in Fransisquito and the guy there helped me out with a smile. No new contract, I kept my contract, it was such a simple transaction. Purchased the new cell, fully pleased.I won't ever be going back to that West Covina AT&T in the West Covina Plaza.I highly don't recommend. I went in there happy and excited and thar sales rep was not having it, he wanted to take advantage of me and lied several times straight to my face.

I was there a couple weeks ago when I purchased an iPad Pro for my son. I had a really good experience with the first representative and I called him to see if he was in. Leo then answered the phone and I stated that I wanted to go in, but I wanted to know what colors are available and if I could go in asking for the last representative of that help me out. I told him that I wanted to go in because I wanted to buy my little brother a phone and I wanted to know what colors yet available for the iPhone 14. you can tell over the phone that he was bothered because I wasn’t going to ask for him. He then stated that he couldn’t answer that for me because they’re only for people who are actually going to buy the phone. Your team has hast to remember that in the sales field all you guys have to have each other’s back. Very unprofessional, and the only reason I did go back to the store to buy. The phone was just to prove a point and to get my Feedback to AT&T.

I don't know who to be mad. Them or me. Just be careful when signing up for anything. Make sure everything they promise is written down. You got to trust no one nowadays. Be careful

Stopped by today and my visit started off unpleasant with Leo, but Ed turned my whole experience around. Ed went above and beyond and really helped my situation. I’m very grateful and I plan on referring as much business as I can to him!

Very disappointed with my visit. I felt like I was given the bare minimum service with my trip. It was as if I was speaking to a bot over the phone who would only provide me with simple answers, that don’t entirely answer my concerns about my service.

Completely unhelpful, rude, and one worker was even aggressive towards me. This was 12:30 pm on 1/14/23Employees seemed hell bent on not helping us, even though all we were trying to do was trade in 2 phones. Employee was huffy and had a generally bad attitude. Every other worker in there was just sitting and talking with other customers for 20+ minutes each... and we got no acknowledgment from any other of the 6+ workers on the floor. Finally we were so fed up by not being helped we left, even though we had already spent 45+ min on the phone with customer service before even going to the physical location. Truly a remarkably bad experience
