Got a new service and did not allow me to make calls or recieve . Went in to talk to them and they couldn't figure it out and told me to go to a corporate store because they have technicians.. went to the corporate store and they said that these guys lied to me that they don't have any technicians and they can easily deal with the problem but probably didn't want too and sent me away. Saw they did it to another guy who was waiting as well . So be heads up they will likely send you away so they don't deal with it when they can! I went in twice two different days as well .. waste of time

This place is horrible. I went in to open a new line under my sister account 3 days ago and the guy who took care of me open an extra line with out telling me.. when I saw the order recap today. There was 2 new lines instead of one. The second line is reserved. My bill will be $1000 next month. when it's suppose to be at least $400. He also add a protection plan which I told him no. I don't even know what other add ons he did. I did try to call customer service when I found out but they are close for the day now I gotta wait till the next morning to call customer services. Now this is in the back of my head , my anxiety is up the roof right now. I understand times are tough and you trying to get commission. The receipt on the day I went in to open one line doesn't show that I there is a second line open. He was nice and friendly but I can't believe he did this. The frustration of speaking to customer service. Wasting my time to cancel and explain everything when it wasn't even my fault. How can you sleep at night knowing you are over charging customers. He also charged me for 2 phones when I only got one! Should this go to the BBB!! This is outrageous.

Poor service, i went there to transfer one number from another provider and the manager didn’t know how to do it, so i went to another store in covina and it was super easy .I guess AT&T manager has to be trained in a better way and should have more knowledge .I called the store again just to let her know that another store was able to do it for me but looks like she didn’t care and kept saying ok ok ok and didn’t even apologize for her lack of knowledge in her position.Thanks.

Was looking for some information and was greeted by a man by the name of Guoji. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me pick the right phone and with all the functions needed. Will come back.

I went in to get a new cell phone. I think Guoji helped me out? Had some weird name. He was able to place an order for a Samsung S22+ for me and even helped me get a case and screen protector for it.
