If I can give this place a zero I would or a negative I would no wonder why they have such a horrible review the girl that helped me today didn't even have a freaking name tag on so I don't even know if her name is Maria or Marina but she was horrible basically discriminated against me. She's literally helped me before cash my check probably more than once and today because it's so busy and there's a line and the other people that are helping everyone that have name tags on them that are busting their butt to get the freaking line behind me out of the way she chooses to make me feel uncomfortable and discriminate against me and call her manager which literally okayed my check. I've been there multiple times, been with the same employer for over a year and today she wants to mess with me and above all things she doesn't have a Calculator you work at a bank and you don't have a calculator. How do you provide customer service to me after you just treated me horribly embarrass me on yourself and your business in front of the whole line and you're going to tell me that you can't help me with math because you don't have a calculator and your response is do I have a Calculator on my phone she's the worst person I've ever dealt with at any bank ever. She looks like she has to use the restroom and she doesn't want to be there. I wish I would've took a picture of the line. I can't believe that the manager literally had me have to tell her look at the line behind you guys and you've seen that I've came here before and she's trying to tell me it's not my fault that my manager signed my checks differently and they comprehend they've seen me before and I work for the same people so I don't understand what the issue was. I don't appreciate any of the rudeness to top it off if you don't want to work in an environment where you clearly look a miserable then don't work in that environment but don't treat me like crap because I'm coming there for service when you've gave me service before don't hate on me because you want to sit there and not help the rest of the customers and act like there's an issue when you're the issue this girl gave me such horrible service literally I'm contemplating moving banks completely. That's how horrible of a person you have working behind your counter asking if I have a calculator what is even going on here. If you find yourself absolutely having to go there because you have to pay your rent and because you are making a living just stay away from the girl with dark hair and that acts dark and light skin with a disgusting attitude. She knows she's the worse not wearing a name tag, and the the manager just allows that? to make matters worse she ran my money through the machine didn't even okay the amount after I asked for an envelope, she gave me a wad of money like nothing then again I had to ask for an envelope with all my money exposed, after I asked again she had the most disgusting attitude literally tried to get crazy with me like she wanted to fight asking me what what I can't hear you and when she hears me she can't help me I guess she can't get up off of her butt since she claims she didn't have a calculator "right here" she shouldn't work customer service or be around people when she's just trying to fight the people that are going their for help I'm sure this isn't her first complaint sucks that people have to make a living and get their money and deal with this horrendous wad of animosity and attitude

worst b of a location. never has more than 1-2 tellers. takes an hour to make s simple withdrawal. tellers sit and count money for 15 mins before helping the next person. business account line never has a teller

Customer service is horrible, 1-2 bank tellers at most with more than 10 people in line every time I come in here. With a ton of other employees walking around trying to get people to sign up or what not, honestly no body know what they are doing. Hop in the back and get this line down it's outrageous

We got a notice that an account had been inactive. We tried to close the account and then they couldn't find us in their system. Finally when they did, we couldn't go through teller area to close, had to either wait in long line or make appointment. Such a hassle!

Came here to do some Trust work and getting an account out under my name. Johnathan took care of me and my aunt. He was friendly and patient and explained everything clearly. Great customer service skills. He made the job of getting the accounts updates super easy.

Came in today at around 1pm Line of about 6 people took me 20mins to reach the front of the line due to there only being one teller available. When its finally my turn another teller shows up. They decide to gossip about the other staff while also helping me. Unprofessional. The reason I came in was to cash a cashier check, and make a deposit. Why do we need to fill out paperwork/ deposit slip for cash, When the ATM doesnt require anything but the pin? It should be less hassel when a live person is helping you. I decided to take the cash and deposit at the atm because I had already waited long enough. Also their drive thru atms are terrible! They are never working properly .. has worked for me very rarely. Will try avoiding this branch

Customer service is horrendous!! Branch off tells you to call customer servic, and customer service tells you to go to the branch office. They train stupid people to repeat "I'm sorry to hear that", but offer no solutions. I've seen better trained dogs! Will close accounts as soon as possible!

I wish I can give this location more stars but I find it happens more often than not to have only one teller open and over 18 people in line. I'm not sure if they are short staff but its 3:15 and I feel like that's a prime time. I've been waiting for 20 mins and I'm at the front. The others might have to wait longer.

Do not go to this branch! They will not help you! Someone accessed my account from this branch ATM machine! I filed a claim and my claim has continually been denied despite my detailed information that I faxed to their dispute department in Arizona, which included a case number for the police report I filed! Going to the branch to ask for assistance of whom to speak with was a total waste of time. All that happened was a continual series of apologies and reasons of why Bank of America could not be of assistance

They literally told me that because my middle name is on my ID they can't access my card. I Called the Bank of America toll number and they laughed when I told them that.
