3.24.24 I don't know what happened to my AirPod pro...it died on me during the sauna today! It sacrificed itself to save me. I am sad! I had my Airpod for years! RIP! I checked out Best Buy app and it was $249 for a new pair, with insurance and tax will come out to $300. No thank you . My daughter just spent $50 on her Meet hoodie, and that girl is starting to cost me a lot of money for her athletic attires. I decided to be frugal and purchased 2 wired Apple Earpods for $19.99 each. See, only mothers would sacrifice like that for their kids. haha I opted for curbside pick up this time around. I ordered on the Best Buy App, set messages alert and when my order was ready, I received a text. After the gym, I drove to Best Buy and parked on curbside 2. I opened the app and marked that I was there. Within 5 minutes, I received an alert that a sale associate would be on his/her way to me. I also had the option to select where I wanted them to place my items in my car. No driver side's option. When the associate arrived, I gave him the 4 digit code and he handed me my pair of ear-pods. Then Yelp I went and poof he was gone. lol. Very quick and convenient process. On top of that, after this Best Buy check in...I received two recognitions from Yelp, The Dukedom and the Domestic Badge...hey they are a big deal to me! :)

Poor service! I was emailed a follow up appointment for today 3/8/24. Took the day off from work due to their 7am - 7pm arrival time. Contacted the Geek Squad through the West Covina store and was told I did not have an appointment. When I told the young man I was emailed an appointment date, he said oh yes you did have an appointment but the parts are not in. I let him know it would have been nice to have someone call me to reschedule and let me know. I could have taken another day off. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that I could talk to him. Shame on you Best Buy! I am not sure why a 2 minute call couldn't be made. Hopefully the corporate office will look into this, as the customers do pay your salary. I will definitely encourage everyone I talk to, to avoid purchasing items from Best Buy.

The staff's attitude was far from satisfactory, and it's disheartening to see them display unfriendly expressions towards customers. It's essential for employees not to act in a rude manner; after all, no one deserves to be treated poorly.

I find it funny that they say when you walk in, "If you need any help, feel free to ask and associate" I went to buy a tablet and I needed an associate to get it, they either ignored me or gave me a look as if I offended their ancestors while saying "be right with you in a moment, just to vanish to God knows where

I like to thank Yadi the Manager & agent Raymond for going above and beyond with our tv problem with Roku they both made the impossible POSSIBLE. We need more employees like them in every store so customers like myself have a wonderful experience shopping at electronic stores. Well done you two .

Good Best Buy location. I have been coming here for years when i lived in West Covina. Its right by the mall and movie theater. I went inside to purchase some things and i was happy . Organized stores and good customer service here. Lots of extra parking. Always a pleasure.

Walked in and I was like I want a Fridge , might as well a Range and well the Microwave . Customer is always just ok. He didn't offer the check up they do before delivering. Trust me that Third party will do "but this! But that!" Won't be able to install because you need an extra this and that! So apparently I needed an adapter for the range. By the way my old range never leaked. Then a valve for the Fridge to turn on and off the water. Anyways they were not and just couldn't install the fridge !! I had to pay $360.00 for someone to install it. They apparently had no problems doing it! Heads up! ask for the check up before delivering. It's stressful and freaking annoying. I put 3 stars because I love my appliances. But Im sure I could have got those same ones somewhere else.

Where is the customer service and knowledge on items in store!! Unless you are buying a TV or phone everyone is MIA or doesn't know how to help you. But its convenient and staff is friendly
