Went shopping to buy Christmas gifts and I got a bad attitude and service from Jonathan and manager Trina.. I asked if they carried a large size in Nike shorts and their answer was “if you need a different size go to the Nike store” Wow totally unacceptable!!!

If you've been to any Burlingtons u know what to expect. Lotta of deals to choose from, like Clothing, toys, houseware, cologne, perfume, body products, etc., etc.. They're like Ross stores on stereroids. Been to several and never had a bad experience, except the one I went to in Fallbrook, west hills, The bathroom was super nasty ? but another great Burlington, though, lol. Sometimes I think they're better then Ross just because they seem to know how to hire better employees to take care of the registers when checking out and so u wind up getting better customer service.

Gems if you have 3 hours to dig around. Awful mess ): couldn’t even spread open clothes rack. Stoppppp putting so much clothes on the rack.

Love this place out off all places it’s almost like a treasure hunt of these good items, unfortunately it’s severely messy clothes, would make a OCD person go insane, they and shoes on the ground, it’s thrown everywhere I go, only one person is putting the items back you should hire more retail stocking employees that would be great, and the LP guy is very f friendly

I was at Burlington Eastland center today and witnessed a horrible encounter between a store manager and an employee who looked like she was at the end of her pregnancy. The manager told this girl that she has a 15 minute break for her to use the restroom. The girl then told the manager that she was having pain. The manager did not care and quickly disregarded what this girl had to say and continued to explain the break policy. I felt bad for this girl it looked like she does not know her rights as an employee. I hope this girl finds legal advice and this manager needs to be trained on how to handle certain situations. This is not professional. Do better Burlington!

What a meeeess!!. i wanted to buy 2 pairs of identical earbuds, but the section leading to the registers where they have them is such a mess that I left without them.Edit: So it seems the store being a mess is a permanent thing... read the review from Lirio Quintanilla from 11 months ago.....Lirio reported a mess, and the store Mgr Nuria replied with the usual excuses. Nuria promised to take care of it 1 year ago but it's still the same...Probably won't go back anymore ?
