“This local butcher shop is small but mighty! Besides enjoying their beef/chicken asadas, I've really been blown away by their beef cuts. Fresh produce sometimes available such as avocados which were very good too! After reading reviews I will ask about getting a turkey for November this year. Price is fair for the high quality/service. Can't wait to grill up more stuff!!”
“I bought about 6lbs of marinated galbi (fills a half tray, like half of a full size chafer) for $113. The nice lady gift-wrapped it and put ice packs in it because I had told her it would be. While before I could deliver the gift. I’m so glad to have a Korean meat shop so close to home and with such friendly Customer service! I’ll be back again!”

I enjoy shopping at the Stater Bros. on Whittier Blvd in West Whittier. Ever since they moved into the new location, the experience has been fantastic. The store is consistently spotless, bright, and incredibly well-organized, making it easy to find everything I need.
The real highlight, however, is their legendary meat department. The certified meat cutters are true professionals—always willing to offer a custom cut or seasoning advice—and the quality of their ribeyes and marinated meats is simply unmatched by other local chains. The produce section is equally impressive, always stocked with fresh, crisp fruits and vegetables.
Beyond the products, it’s the people that make this store special. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, giving the place a warm, community feel that you just don’t get at big-box stores. Whether I'm grabbing a quick dinner of their delicious Cleo & Leo fried chicken or doing a full week's grocery run, this Stater Bros. never disappoints. Highly recommended!”

“This place has lots of good Mexican products.We went to get “tacos de carnitas “ they were good but when you guys order make sure to tell the guy to remove the bones from the meat otherwise you will not enjoy the tacos cuz you will have to remove them while you’re eating them . “I've been to Don Peter's Carniceria several times now, and they never disappoint. Most recently on Valentine's Day, they offered an incredible steak and lobster special for two -- and both were absolutely top quality. The steak was beautifully marbled and tender, and the lobster tails were fresh and delicious. For the quality you're getting, the prices are surprisingly low. I've also tried several of their marinated meats, along with their fresh salsas and guacamole, and everything has been consistently outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with recommendations or cooking tips. This place is a true gem -- highly recommend!”

“We purchased Settler’s Jerky yesterday. It is sooo delicious. I love soft jerky and my son loves it more dry. This was the perfect mix of both. The flavors we tried are hickory, teriyaki and sweet and spicy. OMG. Highly recommended. Represented by Trevor who is a good guy. Friendly, easy to work with and is very passionate about the products. (Notice the bag is empty. lol)
