This place was amazing to eat at this morning. The girl at the register was extremely nice and helped me out o because of my dietary restrictions I had and the sandwich was so good I chose the steak sandwich with fries and it was good. Definitely coming back :)Dietary restrictions: I wanted very little cheese and no mayo because I’m gluten and dairy free

This was my first time going and trying the food. There was 3 employees, a man cooking the food and 2 girls. The 1 at the cashier her name is Cristina, you can barley hear anything she’s saying, she needs to speak up louder. The other girl who was in the kitchen helping, was VERY RUDE and had an attitude and was rolling her eyes! She was slamming the food on the counter as well, when my number was called I had asked to verify what number was it that called and when she answered me she says yeah and rolls her eyes at me and slams the fries on the counter. Totally uncalled for and not necessary! When I went back to ask to speak with the manager, turns out the one who had the attitude and rolling eyes was manager!! Makes the situation even worse since she’s the manager and she know better. When she came up to me she knew what I was going to say and tell her and she started apologizing for the way she slammed the food and didn’t mean to give attitude. She claims they’re busy and she’s just trying to hurry up!! There was nobody there when I got there? It was myself and my boyfriend and another lady that showed up after me. Either way it’s still no excuse and unacceptable! I hope corporate sees this or someone that’s higher up because they for sure need to do better with hiring the right people!! First and last time I go there!

I love coming to eat here and the workers always explain any questions or issues I have with the menu. Today the young lady and gentleman even helped me double pack this large order I had to go. I will for sure be coming back.

I came to the mall to buy food for my daughter. The cashier who took my order just came back from using the restroom, and she didn't wash her hands prior to assisting me. I noticed that the lettuce was spoiled. It was RED which is not normal. The protein was under portioned. She gave me less chicken and less fries than usual. I asked her for fresh lettuce, and she said they don't have more lettuce. She sounded annoyed when I only asked her a simple question. When my sandwich was being prepared, she asked "What do you want?" She had a horrible attitude. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said he didn't speak English. He's not going to understand a word I say. I saw that the rest of the lettuce was not red. So how is it that the only lettuce they had left was red in the sandwich?! She threw away the red lettuce and tossed the bread so carelessly. I was so frustrated! I have never had an issue like this at Charley's. This cashier did not have a name tag, and I didn't ask for her name. The receipt listed a different employee's name. She was very rude. The station was dirty. There was trash all over the counter. I will report this immediately because this behavior is unacceptable.

This place is awesome. The lemonade is the standout thing for me here. Specifically the peach lemonade. So fresh and light, not too sugary. Love it. Probably my favorite lemonade from anywhere so far.The cheesesteaks good too if you get the regular size. The fries aren't anything special but are still ok.

Charley's is my go to spot whenever I shop at this mall. The consistency is what I love, because I'll always be ordering the exact same thing and not once has it tasted bad. Now this is located in the mall so they are always clean in the area that they are stationed. The tables are always clean to. The service is okay today the person taking orders walked away as soon as it was my turn no " Give me a moment" or " One sec" or even " I'll be right back" . Then they took a min to come back and the girl was distracted while taking my order she was watching the person making the food. That's the only reason Im not giving 5 stars. I feel like customer service is important but if they aren't rude or terrible and the food is good then they probably just need a refresher or they just had a really long day. Nevertheless food was good as always so much definitively try this spot.

They've stopped selling turkey. Only dry, weird chicken. Unfortunately that means I'm no longer a customer.

They serve a spins on the cheese steak. In the past, they never has a real ? ? on the menu. Well until now, they have one called old school. It's just meat and onions topped of with classic Cheese Whiz. Yes, Cheese Whiz, just like in Philly.

I was hungry after I did some shopping at the mall then I walked by to the food court and saw Charley's old school cheese steak poster and I was craving for it. However, sadly to say that the poster looked more appealing than the food came out. (I know it's always like that, that's marketing lol) The one I got was small old school steak $8.29, the portion was a bit smaller and the beef was a bit chewy and overcooked. I like they put a lot of cheese on it but the bread was a bit soggy than crispy (they did toast the buns). Also, they didn't put enough grilled onion so I couldn't taste them. it was mediocre overall but I was so hungry so I finished it all.

I went to buy a sandwich here, im lookong at my sandwich because i got a kids meal, im here looking at the sandwich thinking its small i shuould get a bigger one.. and as im stadinh there i hear paulina apparently the manager say..dont you just hate when people are just staring like if they've never seen anyone cook... i could not believe i herad this as a customer and said excuse me that comment you just made was it towards me?? Instead of apologizing because i perfectly heard her she said "im having my own conversation with my coworker" obviously i got upset and said how dare you fn treat customers this way so she went ahead and stared going at it with me making the situation alot worse calling me a stupid b**** , shut the f*** up. Even her peers were telling her to calm down... i asked for corporate number her name and def calling and giving feedback of this horrible experience..only because i was staring at my little sandwich... never have ive been treated this way..she even had the audacity to call security

Loved eating here the food was pretty good and the girls there were fast with my orders I definitely recommend the gourmet fries best items there
