Female manager who speaks spanish has continuously treated my mother with Alzheimer's poorly and rudely at this branch location. She struggles with logging into the chase app, she has gone in for help and been turned down and spoken down to for seeking assistance. She's been told by this female manager "I've told you how to do it so many times and you still don't get it!" It is in your job title to provide customer service, you are not doing so. This branch is lacking and more so humiliating its own consumers with disabilities!!

Very helpful staff. I planned to sign up for a Travel credit card & became more informed about it through the manager & Javier Valdez. They could have easily told me to commit to getting the card but instead they heard me out & recommended that it was best for me to not commit to a travel credit card if I didn't plan to travel 3-4x's a year. I'm grateful for their honesty & guidance.

My fiancé and I went in to try opening a CD and we were turned away by the young lady (wish I had gotten her name). We went in yesterday (Saturday) and yes we were aware they closed at 2pm. To be specific it was 1:25pm when we walked in. After being asked what we were there for and saying we needed help with a CD, the first thing they asked is if we made an appointment. We said "no we didn't". Than, she went along saying how they close at 2pm and that it took about 45 minutes to do. So pretty much it was a "come back another day ". We clearly saw we didn't want to be helped so we didn't argue and left. I regret even depositing my 20k here at the window. We called up another chase close by and Vanessa right away said "come on down" . She was from the Eastland center. Mistakenly, we drove to chase by the west Covina mall and asked for Vanessa and came to find out it was the wrong chase. The funny thing is that the staff here helped us too. By this time it was about 5 minutes till 2pm. Mirna Nunez did a fantastic job opening our CD and only took about 15-20 minutes to do it so thank you to her. While sitting with Mirna , we got a call from Vanessa over at the other bank wanting to know if we were still going to make it. Vanessa also went overboard to make sure we were taken care of and was very friendly over the phone despite us driving to the wrong chase. In conclusion, we got our CD done thanks to Mirna at chase on Vincent avenue by the mall. As you can see , our situation turned into a big rush and confusion after being turned away at this location. If your going to walk in, go elsewhere as apparently they only like "appointments only". I bet chase managers say "every dime counts" Well this branch lost out on 1 new account , and a 80k certificate of deposit. The drive thru atms are nice here though. I'll give a star for that one.

Why do some banks not allow customers use the bathroom? Consumers allow banks to use their money and do whatever the banks want with it but for customers to not be able to use the bathrooms is just absurd. We're not considered customers anymore if we want to use the bathroom but considered the "public" once we request to use the bathroom.

The worst most disgusting experience I have ever had in a chase "JP MORGAN" financial institution from their "banker" Alexa Barragán. I along with my parents had an appointment at 15:00 on September 24 to simply have myself removed from their account and their "banker" is the absolute worst. When I say the worst I fucking mean the worst this little squeaky voice with low customer service called my mother to confirm her appointment and since my mom didn't not know the number I answered and this financial employe denied to identify herself which per federal law "when a financial institution calls they are obligated to identify themselves." I should know I work for one. After denying to indemnify herself my mom put her on speaker phone and until then she said where she was calling from. This "banker" did not even offer my father a seat seeing that he had difficulties standing and simply focused on my mother when it was my removal of the account. Gave some serious attitude that you could not measure on how much of a bitch attitude she had. Alexa's customer service needs some serious improvement with proper training or should be terminated. Customers should feel their appointments as a interaction not a transaction. I will never use this ugly disgusting financial institution in my life again.

I usually don’t waste my time writing reviews But I had a horrible experience with Estrella Rivas at chase bank, I was treated poorly and will close my account and never will I open a account here again! I recommend no one to open a account here.

So, it seems that if someone writes you a check for something and for what ever reason that check bounces not only do they deduct the amount of the check from your account but they also charge you a fee for someone else's mistake.

Bad customer service. We waited in line for a while to get to our turn to pay for something, the Teller couldn't process for some reason and the other banker tell us to have a seat and they'll be with us shortly, waited another 10 mins for another available banker for them to realize they have to process the payment differently on their end. The banker that told us to wait tell us to get back in line but she'll call us up. Nope, she looked at us but didn't do anything and made us waited in the long line for another 20 mins until our turn then she came over and help the Teller. We were here over an hour waiting around for something that's not our fault and then made us wait in line the second time until our turn when she told us she'll call us up. Unbelievable!! We shouldn't have to wait in line the second time around.
