After a very stressful day with Chase customer service, I walked into into the branch on the verge of tears. I was greeted by Jennifer who INSTANTLY put my at ease. I had never dealt with a cashiers checks but she walked me through and explained everything in detail. She was an ANGEL. She made a stressful day turn completely around! Cannot thank her enough!

Quick and easy access to the drive thru ATMs. There are two lanes for the ATM. I usually go to the drive thru ATM here whenever I'm in West Covina.

I went in to check on a cashiers check the status that I lost. The teller said if I lost it it can't be replaced or they do not have a copy of it. Well obviously this person does not know their job because everything is traceable. They put me inline to see someone who can help me I waited for 30 minutes while no one was in the bank one guy got in the phone the other left his desk and the manager was at first just walking around. Finally the manager can back and asked if I had been helped duh! I had been sitting there all by myself kindly I said no I have been for like 30 minutes and I do t see anyone here so she helped me. And she did find my cashiers check she traced it and gave me a copy. I will be closing my account especially because the saving gives you no interest or very little and no one at chase has offered me anything better not even a high interest CD. And note I have a lot of money in this bank.

I really wish I could multiply my review by the number of times Vanessa has helped me, both with my business and with my personal accounts. She ALWAYS looks out for the best options and solutions for me. She ALWAYS makes me feel like she has all day to work on my situations, instead of checking the clock. Vanessa should definitely get Employee of the Year!! for 2023!Besides that, this branch is my favorite, from deposits, to wire transfers, credit cards to business loans - they do it all, with a smile.

Had a bunch of errands to run here at this branch. Went to the counter to deposit some funds and had a pleasent conversation with two ladies about the holidays. I also had some issues with my account so I went to speak to Vanessa. We also discussed the holidays and my amazing tamale recipe all the while handling my account issue. I have to say this branch of Chase goes beyond and above their job description and I believe they all deserve a raise! Not from my account of course but from corporate lol.

Warning, as long as your banking needs are basic and nothing unusual arises this branch is average at best. The Branch manager to the private banking officers are robots, poor customer service and worse solution seekers to questions or issues out of the box. We had and issue with our mothers IRA account, the response was they could not deal with a withdrawal issue which required some actual work to find a solution. We went to the Claremont, Foothill Branch and the problem was addressed with some actual thinking which resulted in problem solved. Find another branch, save your sanity.

Horrible experience at this bank. A scheduled wire transfer failed to go through. I went into this branch in person during my lunch break to find out what happened. The representative did some research and discovered there was an error on Chase's end that prevented the wire from going through. The money was needed for a close of escrow, so the assistant manager offered to cancel the wire transfer, since it had still not processed, and issue a cashier's check. I was assured by the assistant manager that the wire was canceled before they issued the cashier's check. The next day the wire processed anyway so duplicate funds were sent to the escrow company. I called the branch to ask why the wire was not canceled even though I was assured it was. The assistant manager took down my information and I was assured I would receive a call back. It's been over a week and I never heard back from the assistant manager. Chase has to issue a request for return of the funds that were erroneously sent and I had to spend hours on the phone with the escrow company trying to get the wire funds returned.

Poor customer service from the employees and Chase charges $10 to cash a check issued by their own bank, if you don't have an account with them. They also don't give you any kind of receipt for your payment. I would never bank here.

Just walked in today for a quick check deposit and the young lady that was in the teller window helped me today, her name was Diane, she was super helpful and really nice. She greeted me as soon as I was standing in line, helped me with a problem and gave me answers to the questions and concerns I had, I've had chase for years now and I would never change banks ever.

To be brief.. #BANKINGWHILEBLACKThis teller made me wait over an hour to cash my check. During my wait she and coworkers helped over 30 other clients as i waited patiently. Oh i forgot to mention i was the only dark melanin human in the facility.. -Mr Bridgewater

disappointed in what i saw today. customer wanted to open an account and they told her since they are closing soon (25 minutes) they can't help her. they can freeze her account but they can't open a new one (which means she has no access to her money until TUESDAY).Why bother to be open until 4 PM if you're essentially closing early and refusing to serve your customers important banking needs - only doing the "easy" stuff for the last 1/2 hour? the manager said because they have to lock the doors at 4. fine lock the doors and don't allow anyone else in at 4, but serve the customers that enter your establishment before 4 PM. this just seems downright lazy and not customer friendly at all.
